Hi, i would like to know why my QuickBooks interface doesn't look so professional like that one, even that I'm subscribed for QuickBooks Plus, should i get the Advanced plan in order to have to the interface like that?

You can not do that in product - just send a few lines from the estimate only. If you needed a specific look or partial information we could build you a custom template using our template designer that sits on top of QuickBooks

Can you explain how to email only the change order section of the estimate for approval. Not creating an invoice

What happens to inventory when parts are added and received on an estimate.
Nothing happens with an estimate. It is a non-posting transaction and does not affect quantity available nor quantity on hand.

What does BOMS stand for?
BOM = Bill of Materials. It is the components quantity that are needed to make an assembly part or finished good.
