iPhone SE 2022 Review : New But Dated

- Let’s face it - Apple comes with a price tag so we were definitely game for a great budget iPhone to come around. But the iPhone SE of 2022 is practically identical to the iPhone SE of 2020 and the iPhone 8 - with the saving grace of the A15 bionic chip. Is that going to be enough? Who is this actually for?

I think this smartphone is for people who love classic iphone design (with button). Right now i am using the iPhone SE 2022 and i can say the phone is better than SE 2020 from battery life perspective. Great review by the way ))
thanks for watching! The classics are definitely classic for a reason - glad to hear your perspective from someone jumping from SE 2020 to SE 2022!

Bro I want to purchase this phone do you have any advice for me?
iPhone se for the win! Retro all the way
Crazy but the iPhone SE has outsold the 12 mini and 13 mini respectively. There's definitely a market for the SE and its not tech enthusiasts. For tech enthusiasts there's the pro models. Don't know why its so difficult of a concept for reviewers to grasp.
I agree 100%. Not everyone wants, needs or USES all of the bells and whistles on flagship phones. All I do on my phone is talk, text, stream music and take the occasional photo/video. Why pay $800+ for a phone when a $400 phone from the same reputable company does ALL of the same things just as well. The only knock on the SE is the looks (subjective) but the next SE is already rumored to be using the iphone 11 form factor, so that will finally give it the updated look, even though apple is moving to the "hole punch" in their future phones.
Easy, the phone is for people like ME who want good specs on a phone without having to pay for all the bells and whistles of a flagship phone costing $800+. I am 40 years old and ALL I do is text, talk, go on Facebook and stream podcasts, SiriusXM, and Apple Music. I don't NEED a phone with 3 cameras (especially a telephoto and wide angle), large screen, wireless charging, etc. The ONLY area the SE is lacking in for me is that it DOES have a dated look. Once the next SE comes out (which is rumored to be based on the iphone 11 form factor), it will sell even better. And I am sure that when the SE 6 or 7 comes out, it will be using the iphone 12/13 mini form factors.
In the end, not everyone uses their phones for content creation, editing and consuming media (watching movies/tv) so the need for a phone with a large screen, oled screen and extra features is not necessary.
It's great to see a budding RUclips channel establishing its name in the tech corner 😀 😉
I bought my SE Gen 3 (2022) so I could use my “Moment” brand mobile phone lenses. It’s a great little phone! I don’t need all the bells & whistles or some of the hirer end iPhones.
Moment lenses really do help level up iPhone SE's camera potential :)
Love this iphone se 3rd generation. Very classic and old school. But its sad cause is to expensive for me
:( Theres always instalment plans!
The iPhone SE3 can do about 95% of all the bullshit the the Pro series can do.
But its not the iphone Pro series with the experience. You need to own the pro series to know the difference. It’s quite a gap.
How is the standby battery life? My 2020 is horrible.
I really want one and I want that to be my first phone, sadly, I can’t afford it.
We feel you, it did get slightly more expensive than the last SE in 2020, most of the hardware is the same apart from the chip - what do you think about hunting down the 2020 version?
Apple does offer a paynnt plan option with 0% Apr.
Love you
i loveee the classic design

thank you!
I never felt that I would switch to iOS after 10 years of Android. I could have gone for iPhone 13 or 14 but I wanted to get acquainted with the other side of the os world so I decided to start with the underdog of Apple ecosystem. I'm not at all disappointed
The chase for the fastest and greatest is neverending. For a hassle-free experience, it makes sense to stick to one eco-system. The problem is when big corporations start to get greedy or try to dictate what you can do or cannot do, then making a whole switch again can be a hassle. And has the potential to upset the balance of a fair market, but it is what it is :)
@@Simplified360 actually I feel comfortable and secure with iOS not because my friends are using iPhone but because I am having a first hand experience after a month usage of the device. I now have clarity of the apps which I used to have on Android but didn't use at all. Apple's limited support for certain apps makes it easy to get only those apps which you use on daily basis and not once a month. I'm happy with iOS and I'm not speaking as a fanboy but a general user I don't think I will go back to Android for foreseeable future.
