riste is a Season 9 Challenger Garen main who dedicates his free time to pushing the limits of the champion further and further in high elo for Season 13. Blitz E is the only other unstoppable auto i know of. That's why you'll sometimes see Blitz uppercut someone through Zhonyas (if the attack was mid animation).
Dang, I had no idea so many people thought going stealthed was a good way to avoid Garen ult. The Lasik update really was a huge buff for our boy.

I think Q1 answer makes a lot of sense. Near-sight reduces your vision into a small radius, and True sight makes hidden things visible. Even if you channel your ult and get True sight on someone, if they’re out of your vision, how would you see them? To see something, it has to be within your vision which is reduced by the Near-sight. (I think your ult can work if you’re near-sighted but someone is dumb enough to step right on you xd)

I got every question but the zhonyas-banshees one, and honestly I still hate it when they have banshees instead of zhonyas. With zhonyas when I silence them they cant use any spells at least. All they can do is go into stasis and I leave. But with banshees they're able to use their abilities and maybe even threaten me because they arent silenced. Don't you ever face this issue, Riste?
I feel like question 7's flaw is that it leaves champ specifics to the wind. I understand that's for generalisation purposes, but a lot of champions don't have to, or don't want to, itemise zhonyas (this is obviously also somewhat contextual).
Anivia was the example that game to mind immediately. With egg, wall, waveclear, and CC, Anivia could easily resist a splitpushing Garen ad nauseum without itemising zhoynas. Azir and Aurelion are two other examples of champs who has to make a pretty huge mistake to lose that dive.
Even some non-control mages win that dive pretty consistently. Id say Annie usually want's to build zhonyas anyway, but all things (level, gold, skill) being equal, I think she usually wins the dive, even without zhonyas.
I'm not making a case that the question is BAD because of these exceptions, but it definitely fails my imagination. Maybe that's exactly because I play Aurelion and Anivia though.
