Trip Report: Delta Airlines Airbus A320-200: MAIN CABIN

On February 5th, I flew a Delta A320 from Atlanta to Daytona Beach in the main cabin. Here's how the flight went.

Agree on the refurbished cabins. My last Delta flights were a couple years ago, and we had a fairly new A321 on one leg, and a pretty old ex-NWA A320 on another. You couldn't tell the difference inside. I was impressed.

I'm surprised you found the recline to be reasonable - isn't this the aircraft that Delta supposedly cut the recline on, down to 2" back in 2018? Did they change their mind?

I’ve been on newer planes than this with other airlines and found worse recline. So while it may be the rumored 2” (I don’t know for sure), it’s definitely better than what other airlines are doing.

The A320 is just another nondescript plane. I'd never want to fly on it.
