I have been facinated by this whole process and baffled at the same time, in the UK if we buy a house its usually already built with bricks and mortar, plumbed in and everything in place. So I am wondering what is the house made of and how is it constructed? How is it going to be transfered onto your land? maybe you can do a short video explaining a few things in detail so we have a better insight.
I wonder if Maggie might be getting arthritis in her back legs? One of our dogs had that and couldnt jump into the car eventually. Oh and Congratulations! 🎊

its a 'mobile' home, generally pre-built, theres plenty of videos about them
I imagine they're similar to a static but much much much bigger and transported in sections?🇬🇧

I think it's similar to what we call Park Homes in the UK. They're constructed in a massive factory and then are transported by lorry to the site.
