Pretty happy with my Air with M1 still. But I am thinking of getting a Mac Mini! Ran into issues with my work Thinkpad (mostly bad config/bloatware issues) out of country recently & considered a personal buy for the work machine out of frustration. The new Mac Minis are so small, they’re a serious consideration for travel ( where relocating for a month at a time).

The biggest piece of gear I plan on buying this year is the new m4 Mac Studio ultra if it’s crazy fast. But I would probably be just as happy with a m4 Mac mini pro maxed out with ram. Great video

I need this year to pretty much replace my entire set up. I adore Apple I have since I had the my first iPhone, I believe was either four or five… that being said, I do prefer the bigger screens to vision issues and motor control issues. I am not sure which phone I’d like to get. I know that I would like it to have satellite location, hiking and i’m going to also get my elderly folks. I do believe that are for generation SE and my mother a Mac mini as she doesn’t use the computer out of the house and she loves computer screens. I am my mother‘s child lol and I also think I would do the same, but I also use a MacBook Pro and have three of them now I don’t know. I’m very excited to get something bigger than 13 inch which was the first too that I had and I have my eyes set on the 13 inch iPad Pro myself with the Apple Pencil Pro and more than likely either the tens or the 11 generation iPads for my folks and my little boy. I am also looking into the Apple TV for my parents so everything’s cohesive. lol I have a diligently preparing them to go completely digital this year though they’re hesitant and a little confused and overwhelmed. I think they’re also excited. My dad has dementia and he is turning 81 and the 11th of February and my little boy will be 16 in August and my mom is a worrier and we all tend to be a little forgetful and distracted, and all very busy so having said AirTags AirTags AirTags lol I’ve been waiting quite some time to do this and working towards it for a while now and you feel so good when it comes to fruition, but it is a little overwhelming with the price of everything adding up rather quickly lol but that’s one thing I can say I absolutely love about Apple products is it’s an investment that lasts for quite some time so I do believe will be more than worth it. Love y’all. Have a great day if you know anything about the Apple TV or any thing else or features that are interesting. I would love for you to tell me! Who has little kids and ugly pants maybe with experience dealing with dementia and end-of-life care, preparations, etc. it’s hard but it’s worth it and I would love to connect with you!

I would be very tempted with a A18 iPad 11 with 256gb to replace my iPad Air 4th gen. A feature I do really want is stage manger to support external display that the A18 won’t support. Some thinking to do when that time comes depending on the price.

I’d definitely say I’m looking to get the Switch 2 if the price isn’t insane, but I’m also hoping to get the new iPhone SE if it has Apple Intelligence! Seems like a long shot, but rumors are rumors.
It’s funny… I honestly don’t even really like Apple Intelligence for the most part. Its implementation is forced and sloppy for all of the image generation stuff, and the photo cleanup doesn’t seem to work that well on my Mac. Writing tools are cool, I guess. However, that new Siri animation is crisp and beautiful. I’m glad Siri is getting meaningful improvement, but I honestly want Apple Intelligence just for that animation! 😅 Still, I’m gonna have to see the SE 4 as a whole before making a decision.

So far in 2025 the only thing I’ve upgraded is the new earbuds 4 But i really really want to upgrade my IPAD 12.9 it came out in 2018 i believe. I feel like it’s probably getting to that need to upgrade time. But i have the pro version and I’m worried that if i go down to the iPad you’re suggesting might feel like a downgrade because it doesn’t have Face ID. At least i don’t think it does. But i feel like the new pro version might be way more IPad then i need.
