The DA is only better than the ANC in Cape Town where they only look after a few white suburbs. They are way more incompetent than the ANC in large metros where there are millions more people, especially black people - they completely ignore areas where poorer black people live, and can’t even handle the major middle class suburbs. All they know is to privatise and overcharge for all services. Costs have risen more than 200% since Julius’ EFF brought them to power in Johannesburg and Pretoria, and impoverished the bottom of the middle class.
