Yeah, I have found the same thing with all my Convoy lights. The drivers are tightly regulated, so doesn't matter what battery you use as long as it is good quality
Gotta have that moonlight. I have a Wurkkos FC11 in 4000k, and I find I like that tint. Normally, I like my lights around 5000k, but the warmer tint looks nice indoors.
I have 2 fc11. 4000 and 5000k but I really wish they would have made it with anduril. The lowest mode in the fc11 is not low enough. But it has a tad bit.tighter Hotspot hen the s2+ with slightly more spill too. The fc11 has very efficient drivers in my opinion

Pour le mode chasse, safari en forêt, j'utilise des lampes plus puissantes en 5000k et 6500k. Et c'est bien agréable de débusquer quelques renards et chevreuils afin de les admirer à l'état sauvage. Cool! Another late night flashlight video! I've been using S21E SST40 as my main EDC. Curious to see how this Nichia 519A version turns out... I like the green color too.
really like your vids, they're very informative. couple of corrections/comments. It is 45 hundred Kelvin, not 45 thousand Kelvin, but no biggie, I'm sure people already knew that. Second is more important. I think you tested it with two high amp batteries... you said the Sofirn was 40 amp continuous, and I think the 40t is 35 amp. What you should try is the Samsung 50E, or the Sofirn or Convoy supplied 50E battery, which I think are 10amp, to see if the Turbo maxes out at like 1050 vs. 1170.

lol this isthe first light i almost bought but then i seen so many other ones and i went with sofirn SC21 pro instead of this one but now i wish i would of gotten this light lol but yeah i might have to now lol so god bless and keep on keepin on brother ill see you in the next one
Really nice light with the 519a, not really powerful but perfect light for casual use. I definitely like the green it’s interesting but I think the silvery light green that it looks like in the photos would have also been nice, can’t wait to get mine. I just came across the convoy L21A with the xhp70.2 and some other floodier leds, I know the L21A is just a beast with the osram as a spotlight but how do you think it would be as a “floody thrower”.

@@smotheredchrome only thing I could find on it here is a RUclips short, it’s hard to tell for sure but it looks like it might be really good. I also got my Wurkkos TS30S today, I didn’t get to take it outside in the dark yet but from what I can see in my dark basement it looks promising but it’s smaller than I was thinking it was and it looks like it might be a bit disappointing for having an sbt90.2, although being so small it should be a beast jacket or car carry. It makes me think you were definitely right about the L21B being better for the green Osram, I was stupid and ordered it in the convoy m21c which is almost exactly the same size as the TS30S. Oh well looks like I’m still going to have to get more flashlights lol, convoy L8, L21A, and more L21Bs here I come.

Just got through playing around out in the dark, it’s great for the size but I was expecting a bit more to be honest and it just rips through the battery faster than any other light I have. The only really good thing about it is it can stay on high for a long time without getting hot and is very usable but turbo gets it hot quick. I literally came back inside and ordered the convoy L8 immediately lol, don’t know what battery to get for it though.
@@smotheredchrome I just compared my k36 xhp70.3 and my s21e xhp50.3 both 3000k and they throw just about the same distance. I'm really impressed with the s21e.

I like the warmer tints indoors also. 500k seems to be a decent compromise for indoor/ outdoor.
