新加坡的熟食小贩中心在其他国家就是路边大牌档、路边摊。新加坡政府当初只是将这类路边摊集中在一个屋檐下, 并提升卫生水平, 有乾净的水供与电供, 并集中以科学式管理, 小贩熟食中心其目的为的是提供市民低价的熟食所以不设空调, 只安装电风扇协助空气流通。
我很欣賞小販中心的概念，小販檔們都提供不同價錢份量讓大家去選擇而且同一時間可以試到多間的特色食物，而且價錢都很合理又平宜，好棒👍🏻
You need to add pepper and soy sauce to the half boiled eggs. We usually add the dark soy, minced garlic and sliced chili together for the bak kut teh.

This is malaysian style of eating chilli.. singaporean dont really add garlic in chilli and black sauce for bak kut teh
Malaysian eat soft boiled egg with pepper and soy sauce. Here, we eat it with black sauce and pepper...
@@iammisssee7752 actually some do, it depends. Song Fa provides black soy sauce, and you will see some customers eating it that way.
Laksa thick bee hoon was cut because it is supposed to eat with spoon easily.
Yes yes, after that I found out it’s the characteristic of Katong laksa 😊
Not all singaporean will add black sauce into their chicken rice. U might see adding chilli into their chicken rice packet to save time...

諗返起我又真係好似無喺街去洗手間😂 有啲餐廳有洗手間，但我無入過唔知乾唔乾淨
每嗰地铁站、商场同 ’咖啡店’ 都有厕所，而大部分嘅地铁站都係链接住商场，所以唔会有 ‘揾唔到厕所’ 嘅情况。
好正😍好想試佢個伽央多士/白蘭地魚湯🤤
咖央多真心推～個包好軟熟 出面烤到好脆😋（雖然我熱到食到木口木面😂白蘭地魚湯都正 個酒味有keep到無因為煮完就揮發晒！
