INGREDIENTS :
📣Pan size: 18cm
Cake batter:
💕Eggs - 3
💕Salt - 1/2tsp
💕Sugar - 80g
💕Milk - 40ml
💕Oil - 30ml
💕Plain flour - 80g
💕Cocoa powder - 2tbsp
💕Baking powder - 1tsp
Filling:
💕Butter - 100g
💕Sugar- 80g
💕Coconut milk- 200g
💕Shredded Coconut - 200g
Topping:
💕Dark chocolate -150g
💕Heavy cream - 125g

Can I use coconut milk bought from wet market?
Yes sure you can use it thanks.
A tbsp of vanilla sugar was added on the video but isn’t in the list of ingredients written in the info, hopefully just using a load of vanilla extract will work, but I followed the written list in the supermarket to make sure I didn’t miss anything and I’m sad that I still will not have all the ingredients even after me being so careful 😅😢❤
Sorry I forget to mention in the ingredients. You can also use vanilla paste or vanilla extract 👍

i made the cake, unfortunately it does not taste like bounty.. NOT AT ALL. it did not have the sweetness i was expecting.. i followed the recipe by book. the cake itself tastes good but the filling it is not juicy enough. it is hard enough when you cut it. iT IS NOT SMOOTH OR SOFT , not good for me
