my favorite part of video is at the 4 min mark where he feels more comfortable, smiles based on happiness and just looks like he's going to have fun. judges can tell difference bw fake and effortless posing which Ryan was emphasizing. Great stuff

Personally, while Ryan Terry's physique 'looks' obtainable naturally, it is actually I would say near impossible to have THAT much of conditioning with that much muscle mass. I am 100% positive that he is definitely on prescription diuretics when he nears the show date.

Some can make it pro, but this dude chest seems a little full for being so shredded, so I feel he might be on something. In my youth at my peak after 5 years of training I never got such a strong muscle belly on my pectorals even if they were large. I might be jealous a little and it might be genetics, but... I am 99% certain they are the results of hormonal intake. Sad that there is so much cheating and making it look almost natural so we don't see the real athlete from those men barbie dolls that could not make it in bodybuilding. Hope that the classic physique category will get rid of all those fake natty's so we can compete between real men, not those crying for fame and fortune at any cost.
you can most certainly be Natty and hit the Pro ranks. Being successful is very different and dificult

I have big issue related with my sex life.i am 26 now virgin guy. 4-5 years ago I cosumed dymatize gainer. later on I feeling problem with masturbation and after consuming 5lbs I stopped then last year I took a labrada gainer 5lbs did same again problem with this. so I stopped taking gainer supplements and now I shifted to On whey protein isolate they were the best for me. but sir I lost my penis hardness and excitement because of my gainer supplements. how do I get rid of this problem. also I have big issue related to sleeping can't get sound sleep at all. help me sir I beg you. Ryan, I actually disagree a great bodybuilding poser makes his routine look much more graceful, natural and effortless than what i am seeing here. Mens physique and its posing requirements does not come across as natural and effortless at all. Although i respect the effort gone into sculpting and preparing for a show in mens physique they do look stiff and robotic. Just look at bodybuilders like Bob Paris, Mohammed Makkaway, John Terilli to name a few. Beautifully choreographed posing routines that move you and display the complete body as a total artistic package!
HATE the shorts, go look at the Arnold photo's and get a swim suit that's kinda tight, you can get straight leg 1 inchers and look great!

its not hiding...Men's Physique don't look at legs just calves

well this is just my opinion that i'm gonna say.The difference between Physique and Bodybuilding: Bodybuilding is more for developers that have are bigger and with better muscle maturity.Physique however is more for beginners that are developing but with lower body fat. So it is harder to cut for physique since it's about the aesthetic than the size.If you're losing weight you most likely will lose some muscles and legs are a big muscle group in our body so legs get shredded fast.Well i just believe it doesn't look good.Sorry for my description i just got started in this industry
