I'm not coming to her defense but I ended a relationship as well because of lies. Lying is a disease for some people and it only gets worst with time. I personally don’t think it’s “past traumas”. I think ppl overuse that phrase. I think it really is her personality. Like she said, she likes to be honest and absolutely hates lies. I’m the same way. If I find out someone lied to me, I’d get mad too but not like this. She lacks context and empathy is what her real problem is. She’s condescending, judgmental, and callous. The smug smiles when she gives her fake apologies. She has the cognitive empathy to know why people are upset but doesn’t have the compassionate empathy to work positively with her husband.
As for him, he should’ve stopped taking her back. He should have more respect for himself and he needs to go to therapy to work out his issues. He will be fine. Her, on the other hand, she’ll be bringing these same issues with ANY guy she gets with and only ever think THEY are the problem. It’s sad because she’s the reason for the cycle to begin anyway. The last guy she was with probably ALSO had self esteem issues, talking about how she grew up and found out there are “better options out there” but married a man she constantly demeans. She is LITERALLY the start of the cycle because I think she chooses these men as men with higher self esteem wouldn’t want her even IF she’s pretty

The young woman in the first video has a lot of growing to do. I don't think she was ever in love. I just wanted to be married. I was so tired of hearing that repeated response on the GED that she couldn't get passed. That's when I realized how immature she was. She didn't know this man well enough and jumped at the first chance she got.
This mom and dtrs relationship reminds me of my mom & I. My mom was just like this mother and my mom & dad died from there drinking. My mom never admitted to her drinking problem until a month b4 she died. After several hospital incidents, she finally realized she was an alcoholic and she didn't mind dying from her drinking. She was so bad that she predicted her own death date. April 18, 2020.😢

Then I would pull the young lady aside and tell her my son isn’t ready because if he were he’d have his own place. Though I think she is extreme in her ideals, I can understand her hurt feelings. These are not little white lies like "do i look fat in this dress? Of course not honey". These lies can have a profound detrimental effect on their future. He is an alcoholic, with no high-school diploma or GED, whith a mystery child, and he has lied about all of this. Some of these episodes pop up while I'm working from home. I have to say, they are very interesting 😊. And I think he gives pretty good advice a lot of times. I think my only issue is when he tells married couples they need to end it and walk away and get a divorce. Divorce is something very serious. And I also look at some of them like 😮😮😮 But, I would never want to put my stamp of approval on someone getting a divorce. Counseling, separation for a while... but telling a married couple who vowed before God, to divorce. I couldn't do that. That's between the two married people. As K always says "I would use better language " 😂😂😂 And allow them to come to a conclusion on their own ❤
