Fullbright is a good and useful mod but it’s confusing when u need to place torches around ur base to prevent mob spawning and see how much land the light emitted by the torch is covering.
F7 brings up a grid of yellow and red X’s. Yellow X’s are valid mob spawning after sunset, red ones are valid at all times. This lets you scan your base and the surrounding area to find all the valid mob spawns during the day, so you can place torches before it becomes a problem.
I started playing Minecraft multiplayer recently. I was wondering why servers had mandatory texture packs and why they kicked you of you don't get them. It was strange because these texture packs only changed portal colors on one server for me. I didn't knew it was to prevent cheating. Now it makes sense
