  • The new myPhonak app has just undergone a major redesign to offer new health tracking features.
    Ananya Herbert from Phonak Headquarters in Switzerland walks you through the new app.

    Whose genius idea was to add Health to the Homepage and sacrifice screen space? Aren't there many gadgets out there for Health purposes? It is not even compatible with Garmin-related apps. The primary focus of the Home screen should be hearing aids customisation. Also, what happened to the visual representation of items such as Noice reduction? There are many windows for improvement. I also hope P50 Audeo could have had a wider default sound-capturing angel in future Firmwares (if there is any!)

    My top of the line hearing aids are almost useless since the new app was added. I make adjustments or choose a program but it will not hold so I am in a restaurant with background noise and the sound goes back to standard setting and when I try to choose the right program it will not let me adjust. So disappointed I have been back to my supplier twice and they adjust but problem continues

      This is my second pair of Phonak aids so I am not being unreasonable. I had no trouble until the new app was forced on me.

    The health section shows my steps at half the amount they really are - this does not work.

    help please. My phonak aids are not syncing with the app so not to the health section of the app.

      @@elsiecordero2108 phonaks official one? A drying beaker and a few other things but standard in the kit is usually just the aids and the case

    They're a great hearing aid but the Bluetooth connectivity and app issues are enough for me to consider returning them. I called Phonek who gave me a supposed solution and it didn't work. When selling a device that it priced and positioned like these are, everything better work flawlessly. Bluetooth never stays connected. The app is horrible. You need to set up your auto on and touch features literally every time you use the app which crashes constantly. Phonek is well aware of the issues. Reviews in the app store are horrible. Nothing but one stars for the passed month. If the issue isn't resolved by next month, they're going back. Shame really.

      @@phonak yes and they were unable to help. By this time you should know that your most recent update is a failure. Question is, what are you going to do about it?

    Health to the home page has interfered with the purpose having a hearing app. I think this is a big downfall for phonak. I loved the old app and hate this one
