Legends arceus was in development in 2018 and came out in 2022 in January. Just like scarlet and violet started development in 2019 and came out in the fall of 2022. They already confirmed this and showed this in august of 2022 at the CEDEC in 2022. Both games were in development along side each other. Just like legends z-a could have started development after legends arceus came out in January because this is how gamefreak makes these games. Just like generation 10 is already being developed since the fall of 2022 before or after scarlet and violet came out.
@@jgr7487 what extra time look at the release date 2025 likely early 2025 as well. Just do the math and add the years and guess what its another 3 year release cycle pokemon game. Do you guys really need anew pokemon game every three years? I have no hope that itll be any good and the graphic will be good. expect a buggy game with the worst fps and the worse environment youve ever seen(but if its true that the whole game takes place in luminous city there might be hope not because these guys improved at all its that the scope is much smaller meaning they MIGHT have time to develop the city)
You know what will make this gane a true goat, after the story and becoming a true poke league champion they need to give us our own gym and let other players challenge your gym and deck your gym out to make it yours, defend your title make money get rare items allow your name to get out there. Tell me this wouldn't be amazing
This is a great idea. I believe that the past & future theme of SV will be mirrored in the Pokémon Legends games, as we can see in the way the titles are written that Arceus is more traditional while Z-A is more modern. If the parallels are true, your hypothesis of multiple story lines would fit quite well with SV.
1:46 I just wish the three storylines integrated into each other a bit more. If they do go back to one story, they better to flesh it out more than older games. Like on par with gen 5.......even if I haven't played gen 5 properly.
I hope they have an alpha pokemon storyline! I love those alpha pokemon! They're great! I hope they also have a Zygarde storyline, and an AZ storyline as well. It will be interesting to see if they do anything with Ash Greninja! Maybe they'll include it in a Detective Pikachu 2 movie! One can only hope! Because if Greninja returns, there is a somewhat high chance that Ashy boy will return as well! Ash can't stay away forever! He loves pokemon (especially Pikachu) too much to be gone from the anime forever. There's bound to be something happening in Legends Z-A to bring about the return of Ash Ketchum. He is a time traveler, lest we forget. Maybe we could even see young Professor Oak, if he went to Kalos when he was a wee small chap/ young lad. Anything could happen! The possibilities are nearly endless! It will be interesting to see the story they come up with for these new game(s). I bet it will be good! Especially since they added more development time! Quality over quantity is a good thing. It's promising for the future of pokemon! 😊

My guess (& hope) is that the extra time will be used to debug the game.
