I found a secret dialogue in xenoverse 2. Tapions only other special dialogue he has with anyone on the roster other than with any version of Trunks is randomly with when fighting Lord Slug, but there is a reason he has this special dialogue with Slug is to reference Lord Slug and the Namekians weakness to high frequency sounds that was established in the Lord Slug movie. But some reason If you fight any other Namekians on the roster they don't have any special dialogue with Tapion about their sound weakness, but some reason Lord Slug is the only Namekian that has special dialogue with Tapion about Namekians weakness to high frequency sounds.
I always assumed that because Mecha Frieza was all veiny like his 100% Full Power form, when he said “I’ve grown stronger” it just meant that he was still at 100% but now he’s not losing stamina by staying in the form due to the enhancements
But his 100% form don't look like that though, if he was in 100% he would be buff. I assume the machine parts made him stronger to a small degree in his final form(Because he didn't train, because knowing frieza potential, one day of training probably make him ssj3 level lmao)
Frieza actually learned from his mistake from fighting Goku back on Namek (During their Final minutes) Goku explained to frieza that when he was using his 100% power, his energy was dropping in free fall that He actually got bored of Frieza because he was getting weaker by the second... That and he manages to conserve his power (without cyber enhancements) when he came back to life to kill goku again.. and joining in the Tournament of power Arc...
@@HotFootBunnywhat even is training in super, usually in Z the best training is fighting against a stronger opponent, after that it's kind of stagnant.
In the Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi series, Broly is the only Super Saiyan who cannot power down to base once he's transformed. This may be a reference to the character being unable to control his rage.
So my assumption as to why Tenkaichi 3 removed all the unique flying and jumping animations for the non-flying characters might be a memory saving thing. There are just SO MANY characters in the game that it might have taken up SO much space in the game that they just couldn't fit them in.
This was my guess too. A single-layer DVD only has 4.7 GB of space, a little over 8 GB for a double-layer. When you've got over 80 characters, plus full voiceover, animations, etc. for each one, you're gonna have to make a few cuts. It's something you don't really think about in modern game dev.
okay that seems like a good reason then especially since we could give the non flying characters flight in bt3 can't remember if that was a thing in bt2

Naturally, Mr. Satan has the weakest one, but Guldo, Garlic Jr., Chiaotzu and Pilaf Machine also have pathetic throws that don't even crack 600 damage. 2. The most powerful throws aren't the Giant throws, but the absorb throws from Cell's Second Form, Android 19 and Android 20. They do around 3k damage without needing the opponent to slam into a wall or the ground. 3. Jeice's throw has multiple hits in its animation, but only counts as one hit. Unless I'm mistaken (or it's also on an unlockable character I don't have), this is the only throw with this behavior.
I can definitely see the hyperbolic time chamber being used as a fallout shelter if the surface got destroyed. 100 days in and 100 years pass on the surface? Should be enough time for some radiation to dissipate and possibly make the surface safe again in some areas.
Remember the "Hidden Energy" Ability you talked about in Tenkaichi 2. I remember it having a specific use in game. You already covered the losing Lock On mechanic, but it actually does more. If a fighter is able to sense Ki, they get a pulse effect on the radar originating from the enemy when not locked on, provided the enemy has Ki that can be sensed (most characters will display their Ki visibly around them as well when they can be sensed and I refer to "visible" Ki in the upcoming Test results). My tests consisted of: -Kid Gohan VS Piccolo: Both have the ability to sense Ki -> as soon as you manually begin charging, there is a burst pulse on the radar (again, not being locked on); as soon as Ki was visible on the fighters, the radar pulses remained even without manually charging -Kid Gohan VS Nappa: Nappa can't sense Ki, therefore he does not get any pulse effect on the radar from gohan -Kid Gohan VS Raditz: Raditz has a scouter, therefore he gets the Ki-pulses on the radar (only when Ki is visible/charged). Also he is able to Lock on through solid objects, regardless of enemy Ki amount. Only Exception: After using "Hidden Energy" on Kid Gohan, Raditz is no longer able to Lock on through the vision obstructions for a short amount of time. I also noticed that kid gohan's Ki does not regenerate automatically for this short period of time after using "Hidden Energy" (You know how every character automatically regenerates up to a specific amount of Ki; for Kid gohan it's 3 Bars). -Kid Gohan VS Android 16: Android 16 is a Cyborg and has no Ki, therefore you can't sense him and thus get no Ki Pulse on the radar (and you can't see any Ki effects around him either). He also has scouter-like abilities and is able to lock on through walls. Same exception as raditz after the use of "Hidden Energy". -Videl VS Kid Goku: Videl can't sense Ki, she doesn't see the pulse on the radar. She emits the pulse on the enemy radar even though you can't visibly see any Ki effects around her (correlating to her being a human with limited Ki-control) -Kid Gohan VS: Kid Goku: Kid Goku doesn't have "visible" Ki around him, but he can be sensed (I suppose this is because of the idea of the visible Ki starting with Dragonball Z and not being a thing in Dragonball) Little Sidenotes: -Senseable (and thus visible) Ki starts at 2.5 Bars, therefore no pulses on the radar below this threshold (I don't know how this behaves with other (human) characters that have limited/no Ki-control like Mr Satan etc.) -When the enemy has you locked on, you emit a red pulse on the radar -flying does not emit pulses on the radar (since in the show flying is connected to Ki), it still follows the threshold rule I apologize for the long comment, but you got me to test these things out and I had a lot of fun doing so =)
About manga references, SDBH also has Vegeta (SSB Evolved) with the Gamma Burst Flash, a Super manga-exclusive move. I'm not sure if it is in World Mission but I think it should be. There's also a conversation between Goku and Vegeta in XV2 that's taken straight from the Super manga.
Hey man, first of all, love your videos. Second, I think maybe the 7 bites Turles can take of the fruit is a reference to the release date of the Tree of Might movie. It was released on July 7th, 1990. That's 07/07/90. So maybe the 7 bites is a small reference to the release date? That's just about the only reference to 7 that makes sense to me.
Yes, yes but also thank you for capturing some of our old fun memories while playing these games. I always wondered in my little mind back then if anyone else would ever pick this up to talk about and share it with others and like appreciate and now that dream has come true.
In burst limit we all know about the cutscenes during mid battle but there are some cutscenes that a cool and interesting with other characters for example Bardock and Goku. If you select Goku as your partner support for Bardock during your battle with an opponent they will have nice father and son moments during mid battle with an opponent. My favorite when i was a child is when you trigger the partner support cutscene you will hear Goku saying "whoa you really are my father" and then Bardock will reply "huh I'm just getting started." It tells you that goku remembers his father in the game.
The time chamber is floating in space after earth is destroyed because it's the only thing that remains after the earth's destruction. And if you're wondering why it couldn't be seen when the earth was blown up in buu saga: think about the size of a house compared to the earth. Do you think you could see the house next to the earth?
Also about fruit of might "Eating three fruits of the Tree of Might within a short time span is self-destructive to the body, greatly hurting and weakening the one who consumed the fruit" Was proven in dragon ball legends when Frost did that thing
Mecha Frieza being as strong as his 100% powered up version is the “power progression”. He’s in his base normal form because his cybernetics won’t let him buff up so to counter that he’s able to release 100% of his power in that lower normal mecha state.
12:35 You Forgot Something, When You Play Super Saiyan Blue Evolved Vegeta In SDBH World Mission, You Will See That His Super Attack Is Gamma Burst Flash, Which Is A Move That Vegeta Used In The Future Saga But We Didn't Have A Chance To See It Animated
Budokai 2 has a glitch where if you enter the item shop and then pressing circle the progess percentage will go up and you can unlock all the characters and items without touching the story mode. Only works with the edition with Super saiyan 3 goku, super saiyan goku and vegito on the cover with kid buu in the back
When turles' henchmen arrived to plant the tree of might, yamcha's car got caught up in the explosion. So i think he's implying that he's going to win the fight and take turles' ship as payback
When namek officially blew up, frieza was still buff meaning he still had some stamina left.. he was built back together in his 50% but the form was just as strong as 100% so he did accomplish more strength ( until he became roast pork with nuts, bolts, and those crystal doohickeys on the side. )
In the Dragon Ball Heroes game that you mentiones for the last detail there's also a manga reference for SSB Vegeta. He can use his "Gamma Burts Flash".
I think it's kinda neat how in xenoverse they carry over dialogue Easter eggs. Or how moves that seem op in the movies is basically just a simple buff. Like the tree of might buff in XV 1& 2 3:27 I don't even think anyone could finish a regular apple in 7 bites. Lmao
9:19 i think it’s maybe because of how vast the time chamber is as in how vast the space is since that is endless. you can see when piccolo was training to the cell games by himself… you could see how vast and big that thing actually is
DBZ Burst Limit is 15 years old. I'm growing white hair already. I remembered the ad and how the game was new and my high school friends got the game to play it in our afterschool club as a farewell to our seniors' party. I recently bought a Shonen Jump magazine that showcases Burst Limit on special moves. Which I won by reading Vegeta's special moves from the magazine. Good times.
Hey @kadazee, did you know in xenoverse 2 that if you add meteor burst (turles' move) to Z Broly and set it to english, broly sometimes speaks japanese.
I, for one, always hated the idea of Goku using Hakai against Fused Zamasu. Vegito Blue was needed to fight against him moments before, but then Goku is soloing Zamasu, despite never witnessing Beerus using it to kill Zamasu in the past
In Dragon Ball Z Burst Limit you can actually send your opponent to a different stage by launching them to the air area and launching them back down onto the ground. The Hyperbolic Time Chamber thing can be seen on any stage if you launch your opponent into the sky again from the sky area.
@KaDazee i found out a neat feature of tien's tri beam attack from a video i saw, which i think is very neat, in xenoverse 2 while hunting for the namek dragon balls, all your character moves are all locked, due to your character holding one of the dragon balls with one hand, and since all the moves are done with both, they cannot be performed.....except the tri beam, since it can be done with one or two hands!
Just wanted to say that I love all the content you’re pumping out,but we rarely see dragon ball battle of Z content,I don’t have any details of the game but I would love to see it😅
Loving your videos bro. Idk if you knew about this, but in xenoverse 2 you can share your energy with a down player and immediately get them up. For PlayStation you just hit square while locked on to a teammate. Just like when goku shares some energy with frieza before eradicating him. It also depletes some health
1:22 Nah Yamcha is finna go back to the past and grab a saibaman and right when it's abt to launch at yamcha and self destruct yamcha will dodge it and have the saibaman destroy the Saiyan pod.
Fun fact: in dragon ball z xenoverse 2 if you pick gohan (beast) and goku (MUI) goku will say "bring it on gohan" in like weird voice idk why he sound like that
You mentioned the Time Chamber but i do wonder if any of these games ever did a 2 day easter egg, or was it 3 days? Whichever number that results in the door permanently closed to someone in there
Perhaps the 7 times Turles is able to use the fruit from the tree of might skill is representative of fighting the seven Z fighters in the movie? Goku, Gohan, Piccolo, Krillin, Yamcha, Tien and Chiaotzu… I don’t know 😅
Nice video, dude! Did you know that in BT3, if an ultimate attack impacts on the opponent (and not on the ground), the world gets destroyed, whereas in BT2 a world can be destroyed even if the ultimate attack impacts on the ground only?
I've heard people claim that Bandai Namco doesn't have the rights to adapt stuff from the DBS Manga, and only anything that's been depicted in an anime, which is why we don't see playable Moro and stuff. I think Goku's SSB attack is something that got by someone if this is really the case.
I have a theory about the Time Chamber thing. Because Earth was destroyed, when they go into space, Kami's Lookout was destroyed, but the Time Chamber itself wasn't.
Yamcha: What kind of car do you drive? Turles: What the hell are you babling about?! Xenoverse: Yamcha:You will pay for my trashing my ride punk! Turles:Im... Sorry.......... What?

-Kid Gohan VS: Kid Goku:
Kid Goku doesn't have "visible" Ki around him, but he can be sensed (I suppose this is because of the idea of the visible Ki starting with Dragonball Z and not being a thing in Dragonball)
Little Sidenotes:
-Senseable (and thus visible) Ki starts at 2.5 Bars, therefore no pulses on the radar below this threshold (I don't know how this behaves with other (human) characters that have limited/no Ki-control like Mr Satan etc.)
-When the enemy has you locked on, you emit a red pulse on the radar
-flying does not emit pulses on the radar (since in the show flying is connected to Ki), it still follows the threshold rule
I apologize for the long comment, but you got me to test these things out and I had a lot of fun doing so =)
About manga references, SDBH also has Vegeta (SSB Evolved) with the Gamma Burst Flash, a Super manga-exclusive move.
Yes a new EP. This going to be 🐐👌
In burst limit we all know about the cutscenes during mid battle but there are some cutscenes that a cool and interesting with other characters for example Bardock and Goku.
5:46 chichi too hot for this platform 🤣
Your videos are always a delight to watch, you're a very cultured man 🤝
That’s a child

The time chamber is floating in space after earth is destroyed because it's the only thing that remains after the earth's destruction. And if you're wondering why it couldn't be seen when the earth was blown up in buu saga: think about the size of a house compared to the earth. Do you think you could see the house next to the earth?
I thought it was because the time chamber had random things happen like extreme weather and extreme temp
I thought it was a throw back to when the Z-fighters trained with Popo in the simulated earth with the Sayains where the earth was destroyed.
Your videos are incredibly addicting as a fan of these games
You're doing all the fand such a huge service with these man :)
I was going to sleep (It's 2 am over here) but i saw that you posted a vid and immediately started watching lmao
Also about fruit of might
"Eating three fruits of the Tree of Might within a short time span is self-destructive to the body, greatly hurting and weakening the one who consumed the fruit"
Was proven in dragon ball legends when Frost did that thing
Mecha Frieza being as strong as his 100% powered up version is the “power progression”. He’s in his base normal form because his cybernetics won’t let him buff up so to counter that he’s able to release 100% of his power in that lower normal mecha state.

"It's a kids' game"
_> Game is Rated T_
3:22 due to the ingravings in the fruit he took six bites and the first one is seven. hope this helped.
In Dragon ball Tenkaichi Tag Team the ppsspp version trunks from the future is also a ki blast spammer especially when you jump and shoot them
BROOO BLACK FRIEZA TRAINED THERE... 8:39
1:44 How do you skip over the Kill Driver attack name which is also a reference to Yamchas car getting blown up 😂
Budokai 2 has a glitch where if you enter the item shop and then pressing circle the progess percentage will go up and you can unlock all the characters and items without touching the story mode.
When namek officially blew up, frieza was still buff meaning he still had some stamina left.. he was built back together in his 50% but the form was just as strong as 100% so he did accomplish more strength ( until he became roast pork with nuts, bolts, and those crystal doohickeys on the side. )
Burst limit was my first db game, those gut punches were so satisfyingly elastic
The goat has returned 😏
Man i really wish they would of continued the burst limit series would of been amazing
In the Dragon Ball Heroes game that you mentiones for the last detail there's also a manga reference for SSB Vegeta. He can use his "Gamma Burts Flash".
Actually, in BT2 you can unlock mecha freeza by fusing 100% powered freeza with "metal parts" (i think, its been a long time since i played the game)
Mid night vids are always nice
I think it's kinda neat how in xenoverse they carry over dialogue Easter eggs. Or how moves that seem op in the movies is basically just a simple buff. Like the tree of might buff in XV 1& 2
3:27 I don't even think anyone could finish a regular apple in 7 bites. Lmao
9:19 i think it’s maybe because of how vast the time chamber is as in how vast the space is since that is endless.
you can see when piccolo was training to the cell games by himself… you could see how vast and big that thing actually is
Yamcha:"Yo do you drive a Mercedes?"
Turles:"Wtf?"
Good times.
lol your transitions are so great 😂
2:30 maybe could be a reference to the number of dragon balls
The Super Dragon Ball Heroes game also adapted Vegeta's Gamma Burst Flash from the manga
Yamcha: *what color is your buggati?*
0:18 lol krillin: Yamcha
6:38 Caught me off guard with that while I was drinking a Soda
I’ve been playing sparking zero and turles and yamcha have a similar interaction
He's back
damn the tree of might sound effects. Peak!!
Hey @kadazee, did you know in xenoverse 2 that if you add meteor burst (turles' move) to Z Broly and set it to english, broly sometimes speaks japanese.
In Budokai 2 Frieza death beam can go through the Kamehameha and hit the opponent
Now do one with on screen comparisons between different potara types in bt3
I, for one, always hated the idea of Goku using Hakai against Fused Zamasu. Vegito Blue was needed to fight against him moments before, but then Goku is soloing Zamasu, despite never witnessing Beerus using it to kill Zamasu in the past
After all these years, Burst Limit still looks excellent.
We were here before the 5 minute mark
darn, 6 minutes
Same
11:45 yeaaaaaaa yeaaaaaaa 😂
The litte TFS bit made my day :D
In Dragon Ball Z Burst Limit you can actually send your opponent to a different stage by launching them to the air area and launching them back down onto the ground. The Hyperbolic Time Chamber thing can be seen on any stage if you launch your opponent into the sky again from the sky area.
A big hug from Brazil my friend!
13:03 what we expected RAAAAAAAHHHHHH what we got : reeaearaa
@KaDazee i found out a neat feature of tien's tri beam attack from a video i saw, which i think is very neat, in xenoverse 2 while hunting for the namek dragon balls, all your character moves are all locked, due to your character holding one of the dragon balls with one hand, and since all the moves are done with both, they cannot be performed.....except the tri beam, since it can be done with one or two hands!
I think Turles takes 7 bites of the fruit since he is part of the 7th db film
Fun fact: in dragon ball z xenoverse 2 if you pick gohan (beast) and goku (MUI) goku will say "bring it on gohan" in like weird voice idk why he sound like that
he says that he could go into his max power (100 percent) if he wanted to, probably thought they were to weak or something 11:04
You mentioned the Time Chamber but i do wonder if any of these games ever did a 2 day easter egg, or was it 3 days? Whichever number that results in the door permanently closed to someone in there
1:36 you´ll pay for trashing my ride punk!! hahaha
Yamcha really did ask Turles what color is your bugatti 💀
Perhaps the 7 times Turles is able to use the fruit from the tree of might skill is representative of fighting the seven Z fighters in the movie? Goku, Gohan, Piccolo, Krillin, Yamcha, Tien and Chiaotzu… I don’t know 😅
7:00 putting the Heavy into heavy finish
Your videos are always fire 🔥 !
7:23 my onest COMPILING SHADERS reaction
Nice video, dude!
Did you know that in BT3, if an ultimate attack impacts on the opponent (and not on the ground), the world gets destroyed, whereas in BT2 a world can be destroyed even if the ultimate attack impacts on the ground only?
I've heard people claim that Bandai Namco doesn't have the rights to adapt stuff from the DBS Manga, and only anything that's been depicted in an anime, which is why we don't see playable Moro and stuff. I think Goku's SSB attack is something that got by someone if this is really the case.
I actually love that yamcha line, it almost sounds like he said it on accident or someone just said it and they were like "cool that's a line"
I have a theory about the Time Chamber thing. Because Earth was destroyed, when they go into space, Kami's Lookout was destroyed, but the Time Chamber itself wasn't.
Super dragon ball heroes world mission you mentioned It’s AMAZING.
Yamcha: What kind of car do you drive?
Turles: What the hell are you babling about?!
Xenoverse:
Yamcha:You will pay for my trashing my ride punk!
Turles:Im... Sorry.......... What?
