I have a small question please. I’m trying to make my chatbot use audio input speech to text. Can you please hint me towards a direction!
I think Dialogflow does not offer this right of the box, but you can do it using the Google Cloud platform or using a chatbot builder.

Can I change the avatar with Trial Edition?

@@chatimize Yes. When I go to settings it says "Define URI to agent avatar that will be used in Web Demo and Google Chat integrations." But I don't know where I have to define URI.
chatbot prompts 3-4times to get all customer information. Is it possible to get information such as name, email, contact, etc. in one prompt.
Nope, you need multiple prompts for that
