Just saw your video, and this is a deck that I'm currently building.
As for combos: Dualcaster mage or Naru Meha are combo engines that go well with: Ilusionist's stratagem, twinflame, ghostly flicker and displace, you can go infinite mana with a peregrine drake and those too.
Other possible combos: Ashnod's altar and bloodline necromancer, ashnod's altar, ghostly flicker either peregrine drake or gilded lotus and archeomancer, ashnod's altar and changeling berserker, this gives you infinite etbs and hasty tokens.
Rest of the deck can be filled with tutors, counters, mana rocks, draws and soft control like bounces!

I love it, I just got to play it again last night even in its current incarnation it can be a fun fast play, but I like the suggestions. I really need an OP deck to play with my playgroup.

I highly recommend Riptide Laboratory, new Thassa, or Conjurer's Closet to go with Timestream Navigator as they allow you to get infinite extra turns with enough Mana. Also Mistbind Clique allows you to tap down all of your opponent's lands and with Ashnod's Altar can instant speed tap down all of your opponent's lands during their upkeep, forcing them to rely on Mana rocks or instant speed interaction

I think this is an instant Archenemy deck because once it starts rolling, it can be difficult to stop. Bonus points for Grixis!

Would this deck still run okay if I took out senseis divine top and put in rite of replication for infinite critters with dual caster mage? It’s such an expensive card.

I love that idea, rite of replication! .... I just need to dig one up. I have all my best cards spread over too many decks.
