This is our company's newly installed two-line 2+9 waste cloth recycling machine in China. The raw material for opening is faded denim.
We use a single-head opening, a two-pass machine for secondary opening, and a nine-section opening machine for combing, and an automatic baling machine system at the back.
We first put the faded denim raw materials into the first opening machine for opening, and then use the cotton supply fan to feed the cotton into the cotton box of the second machine for secondary opening. Our second machine uses an automatic impurity removal system. The cotton that has not been opened well returns directly to the cotton box of our first opening machine for re-opening. In this way, the cycle can further improve the production capacity and quality.
After the second machine is opened, it enters the opening machine behind for combing. After the combing machine combs one by one, it finally becomes high-quality recycled cotton. Then there is the automatic baling machine system. We send the cotton to the storage cotton box of the baling machine through the conveyor belt. When it is full, it automatically alarms, which is truly automatic integration.
For the whole set of production lines, we use automatic frequency conversion control system, CNC, one-button start and other functions, which are smarter and more convenient.
