I have to say, as someone who's road coasters from Kings Island and Cedar Point, Storm Chaser is so much fun, one of the best for air time.

Thankyou for doing all your uploads. I've ridden a lot of roller coasters (in the UK), over the years. And have always wanted to come to America,to at least one of your wonderful Theme Parks. I'm only 54,but was diagnosed terminally ill,after a fairly long battle with stage 4 cancer. Your videos are just like being there. Almost. The excitement and whoops of joy,all add to it. So thankyou very much. I love them. 😎😎
Lightning is actually pretty unique if you think about it.
Lightning Run is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO good. It's in my top 10 for sure.

Fun fact about Thunder Run... John Fetterman, who took John Allen's plans of the original mr. Twister and modified them into Knoebel's current Twister was a designer of this coaster. In addition he was, may still be, the head of maintenance at Knoebels. John was also the lead project engineer when Starliner was relocated to Cypress Garden's and was the designer of Flying Turns.
John has plans developed for two wooden coaster for knoebels that have yet to be utilized.
1. A racing Twister Rollercoaster
2. a Mountain Terrain Coaster that would utilize the mountain which also contains the Sky Ride
I'm the 1,000th like! Kentucky Kingdom is my hometown Amusement Park.
Just love those Old wooden rollercoasters. They have a lot of noise being wooden but they are the best at twisting and lifting you out of your seats. Love them

It brings me so much joy that my lifelong home park has a coaster, Storm Chaser, that's as good as any you'll find in the world. Love how you mentioned that it used to be Twisted Sisters, which just adds to the craziness of how amazing storm chaser is! Twisted Sisters was a decently fun family ride that hadn't been operating since a few years before Six Flags even shut down Kentucky Kingdom. Kentucky Kingdom re-opens and after a few years they bring in RMC to turn the sisters into a legit RMC Powerhouse. Best coaster the state has ever had, hands down, followed by Chang (Now the Green Lantern at Six Flags Great Adventure) and Lightning Run.
My first and so far only visit to Kentucky Kingdom was May 21, 2016, when T3 was still operating and before Kentucky Flyer was added. I'd love to be able to afford to take another trip out there.

I love Roller skater. When I visited, I read the stat list. Top Speed of 247 cm a minute, and an impressive 50 foot track length.

I know this video is a year old and I know that this comment probably won't get looked at a lot but is anyone else wondering how they were able to ride T3 because that closed last season also kind of depressing because I just went to the park today and I saw the remains of T3
My favorite is Lightning Run. That first drop is worth the price of admission.
Out of all these roller coasters storm chaser is easily the best one even though it is short it pacts in a lot and its layout including ejector airtime moments inversions and some floater airtime moments see you got the best of inversions and airtime so yeah short but very sweet And lightning run is a close second again it has ejector and floater airtime moments but sadly no inversions but still it’s a really good ride

I’m Epileptic and I can’t go on roller coasters because of the seizure risk, and I have EDS which I could dislocate or subluxate my joints. So I will just let you enjoy them for me.

Im so petrified of coasters, the feeling of them, do you have any advice for someone who is bigger in size and scared to death of the feeling coasters cause? Am i just not a coaster person? My partner and his sister love them and I feel so alone having to always sit out. Is there anyway to overcome this so I can join them without having a panic attack and hyperventilating??

lightning run and storm chaser are the 2 worst roller coasters ive rode in my life......a simple harness over the shoulders would have fixed everything....but the bar that pins your legs under you gave me the 2 worst and painful coaster rides of my life.....ill never ride them again.....t3 and ky flyer and thunder run are great.
