    The Federalist Papers (correctly known as The Federalist) are a series of 85 articles advocating the ratification of the United States Constitution. Seventy-seven of the essays were published serially in The Independent Journal and The New York Packet between October 1787 and August 1788 . A compilation of these and eight others, called The Federalist, was published in 1788 by J. and A. M'Lean.
    The Federalist Papers serve as a primary source for interpretation of the Constitution, as they outline the philosophy and motivation of the proposed system of government.The authors of the Federalist Papers wanted to both influence the vote in favor of ratification and shape future interpretations of the Constitution. According to historian Richard Morris, they are an "incomparable exposition of the Constitution, a classic in political science unsurpassed in both breadth and depth by the product of any later American writer."

      You think that's sad? 0.3% of the American population has the mathematical education necessary to design a coffee pot let alone understand rates equations.
      These people live in a world they cannot even explain the base physics of the man made material goods they rely on every day.
      A culture that cannot even manage to replicate itself every generation is bound to fail.

    My government teacher back in 1970 taught the Federalist Papers, the Constitution, the Bill of Rights. He took the book on government, at that time, & threw it into a trash can. He said he refused to teach socialism.

      My history teachers in the 1990's were the same. However, I am from Utah and not from the failed states of California, Oregon, Washington, New York, or Illinois.

    They made us read this in elementary school. I went to a private school in Puerto Rico. During the 5th grade, I moved to Pennsylvania, and started going to a public school. They JUST started reading Huckleberry Finn. The politicians may have seriously failed the public school system.

    I'm so grateful for Hamilton for getting me involved in this. I'm from Scotland and so had no idea about the depth of these papers. I'm listening to them and they are so relevant, persuasive and pieces of quality literature. Thank you lin for introducing me to this

      You should recognize much of the socio-political reasoning as a Scot. The Founding Fathers of the U.S. were heavily influenced by the great Scottish Enlightenment thinkers: David Hume, Adam Smith, and Dugald Stewart. We free-thinking Americans are greatly indebted.

      If you haven't already you should also listen to the Anti-Federalist papers. It's not nearly mentioned or referenced as much but it goes hand in hand with this one. Also if you're interested in things like this you should also look up speeches from the first few presidents it's amazing the insight they had. It's unfortunate for Americans that we failed to heed their warnings. Despite their effort and emphasis on the vigilance we needed to maintain to preserve our freedom we still allowed those warnings to be lost somewhere along the way.

    People think time is linear... It's not linear, as far as Humanity goes - - it's circular. We repeat the same scenarios over and over, failing to have enough retrospect into the past to not make the same mistakes twice... This is the kind of stuff that could save this country for the pioneer and the meek alike.

      I disagree... History is concurrent and revolutionary. Concurrent as what happens in one place very soon begins to happen elsewhere for the same reasons. Revolutionary in that what has happened before will happen again... Okay, so I don't disagree with you as much as believe your statement needed a better clarification. Humanity does learn from the past, but many times it learns the wrong lessons, so revolutionary actions are inevitable. All we can really hope is those revolutions are for the better. My two cents, the wisest words of a young fool.

      I like to think of it more like a spiral. So it behaves a lot like a circle as it does go repeatedly around the same central point, going through the same phases, echoing those phases with each new iteration, but at the same time, each iteration is on a newer expanded ring that is similar to, but different from, the earlier rotations around that same central point.

    What greater gift could you give yourself than a proper education. Once achieved you become a potential asset to society. As with all other things, where there is good, evil continues to dwell among us. Hence the frequent and fervent petitions for divine providence. Too bad so many people today fail to grasp that vital premise of liberty.

The democrats and RINO republicans are BOTH working against TRUMP to fill government with big-business execs (Just like the federalist papers warn us against). Yes, that's right, Trump is fighting AGAINST the worlds largest corporations taking the most powerful roles in our government, with the exception of OIL, which basically every person in America needs to do anything. Trump has been by far the most bi-partisan president in at least the last 100 years. He's been the least bought-out by big business. He took no bribes from business to get into office. He took basically no bribes IN office the past 4 years, quite the opposite of every president in history aside from our founding fathers.
      So you see, Hamilton would have encouraged the Trump Presidency and would wage war against a Biden presidency.
      You really should start paying more attention to what's going on man.

He has been holding up his promises despite being slandered and hindered for 4 yrs. The Democrats cannot even be called that anymore they've turned into the communist party while many mislead and poorly educated fools support them.

      I only graduated high school half a decade ago, and the Federalist Papers were mandatory reading in both my sophomore history course and my senior government course. Both of those classes were required to graduate.
      I think the bigger issue isn't that these papers aren't taught so much as that the kids who read them don't understand them. The language is very archaic in today's society, and I think it does a disservice that we don't have a modernized version to read alongside the original in those classes.

      @npc's everywhere My own education disagrees with your statement. I graduated in 2012, and we had to read them in two different mandatory classes just to graduate. While it's possible that the school I went to had added it in for some reason or another, I find that unlikely.

    On June 24th, 2016, there was a motion before The Supreme Court of Mississippi, that was not answered when I was arrested in my own house, and my property seized and animals killed!!!
    On June 24th, 2016, for expressing my constitutional rights, the so-called honorable badges, tore my door almost off and came in and arrested me in my own house.
    (1). There was a motion that I showed the officers on June 24th 2016, that was still pending to be answered in the Supreme Court of Mississippi.
    (1a). Note: That motion did not get answered by the Supreme Court of Mississippi until about 30 days after I was arrested in my own home for expressing my constitutional right. And my property seized and animals killed!!!
    (1b). Violating the Constitution of the State of Mississippi: Article 3, Section 14; "No person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property except by due process of law."
    (1c). Violating the 14th. Section 1, of the Amendment to the Constitution of the United States: "No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."
    (2). The Chief Deputy seized all my property without a sworn affidavit.
    (2a). Violating the Constitution of the State of Mississippi: Article 3, Section 23; The people shall be secure in their persons, houses, and possessions, from unreasonable seizure or searches; and no warrant shall be issued without probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, specially designating the place to be searched and the person or thing to be seized.
    (2b). Violating the 4th. Amendment to the Constitution of the United States: The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shell issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath. or affirmation; and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
    (3). The fact is: I am told by the judge that I'm not entitled to a jury trial.
    (3a). Violating the Constitution of the State of Mississippi: Article 3 section 31; The right of trial by jury shall remain inviolate, but by the Legislature may, by enactment, provide that in all civil suits tried in the circuit and chancery court, nine or more jurors may agree on the verdict and return it as the verdict of the jury.
    (3b). Violating the VI Amendment to the Constitution of the United States: In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him to have compulsory process for obtaining Witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of Counsel for his defense.
    (3c). Violating M.R.C.P. (38)(a). Right Preserved. The right of trial by jury as declared by the Constitution or any statue of the State of Mississippi shall be preserved to the parties inviolate.
    (4). The fact is: I am told by the judge I am not entitled to be indicted by the grand jury.
    (4a). Violating the Constitution of the State of Mississippi: Article 3, Section 26; in all Criminal prosecutions the accused shall have the right to be heard by himself or Council, or both, to demand the nature and cause of the accusation, (go To Article 3, Section 26; of the Mississippi Constitution to read the rest.     (4b). Violating the 5th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States: No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise Infamous crime, unless on a presentment
    or indictment of a Grand Jury, (go to the 5th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States:

    (5). The fact is: I am told by the judge I am not entitled to a court appointed attorney.
    (5a). Violating the VI Amendment to the Constitution of the United States: to have the assistance of Counsel for his defense.
    (5b). On June 24th. 2016, I was not Read my Miranda Rights that are routinely given upon arrest to defendants, advising them that they have the right to remain silent and that anything they say will be used against them in court. On being questioned, defendants have the right to have their attorney present or to have one appointed if they are indigent ... I was not giving these rights: again a violation of my Civil and Constitutional Rights
    (6). If my constitutional rights was deprived and violated as mentioned then this was an illegal arrest leaving the officers without immunity by engaging in Acts of depriving me of my constitutional rights they have waived their immunity.
    (6a). It states in: City of Dallas vs Mitchell, 245 SW 944 "An illegal arrest is an assault and battery. The person so attempted to be restrained of his liberty has the same right to use force in defending himself as he would in repelling any other assault and battery." ( State vs Robinson, 145 ME. 77, 72 ATL. 260)
    There is a thing called Due Process ... And there is a thing called Corruption.
    The fact is: laws and the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of Mississippi has been violated by officers of the Court and officers of the law.
    That law enforcement is entitled to violate the laws and the Constitution of Mississippi and the United States.

      I'm truly sorry to hear of this happening, especially about your animals. I don't know if I could hold my composure if they killed my dog and they would likely have to kill me for that action. I thought Texas was bad with its multiple redone state constitutions all primarily focusing on land treaties leaving the cities and towns open to create ordinance without limitation all created to make money and maintain power to do as they please without notification to the people or overruled by any number of the people. I don't know that the whole state is like this but it's very likely. A base setting was set up in the eighties that created an entrapment system that produced criminals out of specific individuals that they didn't profit from enough to please "the city of" like people who didn't own homes and didn't pay property taxes. Now most of whom are left are elderly or retired homeowners, with the rest being families that are mostly in government housing. So the population of my town has steadily declined over the years causing taxes to increase every year to counter the loss of income from people escaping the entrapment system that had them stuck or have been incarcerated for not paying the fines from the cities ordinance. Now they're without warning taking peoples possessions land and homes that fall short of fully paying taxes after the one year mark, demolish the house and put the land up for sell. Then expect the people they took the property from to pay the taxes owed still with added on fines and penalties not allowing them to own any parcel of land within city limits until debts are paid.
      Anyway I hope you read this, I would like to get a little more information about your situation for discussion to get a better understanding as well as look into the location of this to see how it was possible and if it's an ongoing issue.

    I would say in parts the breadth and scope of the nature discussed here would be proper and just if not for the clearly evident fact to that of being ,As i have clearly demonstrated the principals for recognition and have made my voice heard to the senate as of the homophones nature of the corporate teachings and my disapproval of them used unto me and my family only to have my soul ,mind, and body, ignored by the intellectually inferior war mongers that run the Corporation called United States Of America Corporation Company .Even To the extent of there fear of accepting my documents for the Dissolution of said corporation .
