The video states early both seller/buyer need to go to DMV. Im the video summery not the case. I don't think both need to attend. Just fill th paperwork out correctly.
Both the buyer and seller are not required to be in the office to complete a title transfer. However, the transfer of title must be completely and accurately completed before the buyer visits an office to transfer the title.
Hi. I am selling my car and I want to fill out the title properly, everything on the front is filled and signed, the part on the back that says Odometer certification, first reassignment by licensed dealer, second and third, do I need to fill that? We are not using a dealer, is just between me and a friend. Thank you, I really appreciate your help.

This video is for the Hillsborough County Tax Collector's office, so if you are a Hillsborough County, Florida resident, then you can visit any of our offices except our East Tampa office for a title transfer. We’re you able to figure it out. Cause I am doing the same thing with mine?
The back is only for dealers. When its a private seller (title holder) only the front is necessary.
When EXEMPT, still check the Actual Mileage box?
does the selling dealers license number need to be entered?
Will Tallahassee send you a letter saying you have to pay taxes?
What if the vehicle is a gift? What should I put on the price?
You should put “Gift”
can you put the link to the document in the description? or reply it here?
