I think you played this game poorly, missuse of E, fizz's highest damage ability plenty of times. Also tier 2 boots rush to not roam before enemy bot hits level 6 is a big mistake. Lost chapter is much stronger for kill pressure and gives you cdr anyways. If you had lost chapter you wouldve been able to kill pyke on your roam. You also could've q'd through pyke then animation cancelled your R onto jarvan.
Your a great player but I think you were tilted this game and blaming milio although you engaged onto high cc comps with a lot of peel, you need to find better angles onto backline because ksante and Jarvan gonna lock you down very easily.
