Hope I didn't get blocked from the spamming. 😂 But all I kept thinking was that *this* is what they made the Sims franchise for - for people to take it and run with it like this. Like, I'd be so proud to have developed a game series that made it possible for Remi to do this. They deserve to see what they made possible 🥺
Telling a story so effectively without dialogue is something I absolutely love in machinima and this is a masterpiece of that. I really never cared for the Goth's, but this story makes me warm up to them. I love their backstory here. The way you used so many of the NPC characters, especially creating them as their younger selves and the big fight scene (not to mention the use of "weapons") was brilliant; I have a whole new appreciation for them. And last but not least, love that final touch with the newest makeover update.
This was INCREDIBLE, the LAYERS, the LORE I would bet money on this being a million times better than the actual sims movie. Edited to add: this deserves way more views, every die hard sims fan needs to watch this. I hope plumbellas seen it I feel like she'd love it.
Had no idea what I was getting into when I started. This was absolutely beautiful, engaging, charming, heartbreaking… I could go on. I literally can’t believe a Sims fan movie made me cry twice. I’m completely blown away, and as a fan since the original Sims came out in 2000, I truly adore this… what I can only think to call a superhero origin story for Bella Goth (and one that I don’t think could have been done better by anyone else).
I stumbled upon this entirely by accident and I'm _floored_ by the quality and creativity of this!! I used to watch Sims 3 Machinimas like a decade ago, so I haven't kept up with anything and the entire time I watched this I was just in awe thinking about the effort and care and attention put into every frame. It's genuinely super impressive, and I'm excited to see more! Not to mention the storytelling??? Largely without spoken dialog???? That takes skill and you executed it _flawlessly._ I could understand everything that was happening, every story beat. If I don't stop here I don't think I'll be able to keep myself from gushing about how amazing this is
I absolutely adored seeing geoffrey and nancy in the background of many scenes, i know this is about bella, hence the bella goth reborn, but in a sims reborn, when they update more townies like the landgraabs, id love a nancy centered story and the opportunity to explore jonny zest's family relations to landgraabs!

How do I even put into words how incredible this was?? Talent, creativity, and dedication like this should be recognized and rewarded! I couldn't believe how many sims lore things there were in here. You managed to make better sense of Bella's story than the Sims team themselves, and that is a monumental feat. When I tell you I'm gonna be asking people in ten years if they've seen the Bella Goth movie, you had BETTER BELIEVE I am serious!! Every detail, from the teen versions of all the main characters, to using shots taken in-game from the other games to help tell the other Bellas' stories, to the soundtrack, to the fight scenes--I am so blown away. This is such a masterpiece.

It was so incredible to watch, I screamed when the spellcasters appeared to help and how grim protected the mother and child. I got an "avengers assemble" kind of moment when Phoenix started and you could see all the NPCs fighting ugh just beautiful. As an editor is a standing ovation from me

I echo every sentiment here. I actually cried, seeing the Bella's from all the franchises, and was completely riveted when all the Sims 4 characters were fighting off the aliens. And I knew it! Pollination Technician #9 isn't as nice and sweet as he seems. I mean, Jenny Smith's family tree is pretty scandalous in relation to him, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised that he'd stalk and clone Bella. 😂 I am absolutely stunned by everything you were able to do with all the games. All those references too, even the PSP game in the trailer, and maybe some Final Fantasy X-2? On top of the jaw-dropping animations, it's an amazing story. There's just too many moments to cover in a RUclips comment. This is, by far, the most creative and talented community out here, and you are a shining star of that. But on top of that, OMG, you referenced _Santa Claus Conquers the Martians!!_ Now that's a deep cut, and I died laughing when I realized Father Winter was gonna save the day against *aliens.* Well, kinda. But without him, Bella and Clone Bella wouldn't have saved the day, so yeah, he still helped, lol. Thank you Remi. This feels like it's Christmas and you just gave the community - from those of us who started playing 20+ years ago to the players who just started the game today - a huge, wonderful gift. 💝 Edit: When Bella had singing scenes with the cast of characters along with birds, it made it official - she's a Disney princess. 😂 And hey, if Disney ever makes good on 20th Century Fox's plans to make a Sims movie, it really will be official.

This project is so technically, narratively, and visually impressive on SO many levels, but I think more than anything else I'm impressed that you got me to be extremely emotionally attached to Mortimer Goth of all people (and with an awkward adolescent almost-moustache, no less).
This is a cinematic masterpiece, the seamless editing of the transition for each part was perfect. And ending credits with revamped Goths was excellent.🤩🤩🤩😍😍😍

When I started watching my jaw immediately dropped. this is truly a cinematic masterpiece. Telling such an involved story without dialogue is difficult, you made it look easy. Literally though seeing Sims 1 Bella, hug young Sims 4 Bella actually made me tear up a bit and hit me with the nostalgia of being with Bella Goth from Sims 1 to Sims 4.
Remi, to say this is absolutely masterful, is an understatement! To see all your hard work be pieced together like this to tell such a creative and compelling narrative literally brings tears to my eyes. I love how you wove so much existing Sims lore and yet breathed so much life into these characters. Your tribute to Will Wright was wonderful and I wonder if he knows/likes how his game has become such an amazing vehicle for storytelling, of which I consider your work to be the very best example of. I mean, I know personally while I was playing the original Sims game back in the early 2000s, I could never have imagined that it would create such an epic, exciting and emotional interdimensional coming-of-age story. And I am OBSESSED with your post-credits scene/teaser referencing EA's Goth makeover. I'm sure as more of the townies get refreshed, you'll have a lot to work with! I await your next work with bated breath.

Part of it felt like Infinity Wars with the inclusion of so many occult/townie characters and I love that the redesign of the Goth Family was thrown in there. Tons of effort clearly went into this movie.

this is absolutely gorgeous... like the amount of time, dedication, and the creativity??? i didn't know much about sim's lore besides this channel and the way you took on the lore of the goth family really made me want to protect them so much more in game
i make sims videos all the time and try to capture the cinematic atmosphere of it but this is so far beyond the scope of what I thought could be done with it lol. I m ean usually when I see sims movies that look ultra cinematic there is sooooo much obvious use of blender and custom animations, i myself especially use so many custom animations.I'm only 13 minutes in but I am so impressed by the lack of obvious blender and custom animations you relied on to tell the current story, nearly everything has been in game only animations used in very creative ways and your transitional skills *chefs kiss*. For someone that makes so many videos i seldom actually watch others and I can't wait to finish this one, be back to edit this comment when im done watch it . So I aspire man. I cried a lot during the story , the plumbbob scene where she is seeing the possible future sent me . I just am seriously impressed. I guess you do use blender according to your credits but it doesn't matter how you did this tbh, im just glad you did. I usually dislike Bella. I never thought Id see a story told that made me like her, you made me love her. You have talent for telling a story using this media style. Honestly, even maxis/ea couldn't have done something this quality and engaging. That scene with all the characters fighting back , another part I cried at for no reason at all, i guess maybe its the nostalgia and respect of years played. You can just tell you love the sims and i do too and seeing so much attention to that scene with all the characters full of personality trying to save the day and it was done in an engaging way. EIther way I'm glad I found this. I was looking for animations for my own stuff and i just wound up here for nearly 2 hours instead lmao. Time well spent tho.

Dear Remi, I remember a few years back you had an animation that you made and uploaded on your channel that has since been removed. It has been about a girl living on an island alone, her listening to a heartbeat of a shipwrecked sailor in the end and saying she will never hear it again. I am not sure if I remember the plot well enough but I have always looked back at that cartoon and it has impacted my life a lot. I find it very inspiring and I hope I will see it again someday. This was SO GOOD. Like, I've never been into machinimas but I just watched an a hour and a half movie machinima and I was fully entertained the entire time. Everything here was so good - the transitions, the editing, the costuming, the storyline, the music choices.... omg I want more of this stuff! I have only just got back into playing the sims but watching this has really brought back the nostaglia and childhood i miss so much. I have never been more proud to be a simmer! well bloody done! This really took some time to make 😳 it’s incredible! I love how much thought you put into it and showing young Bella she’s in a different reality from the others. Showing that technically they shouldn’t of existed. That it’s kinda like kingdom hearts with Sora. She’s basically a nobody to them being a whole person.

I echo every sentiment here. I actually cried, seeing the Bella's from all the franchises, and was completely riveted when all the Sims 4 characters were fighting off the aliens. And I knew it! Pollination Technician #9 isn't as nice and sweet as he seems. I mean, Jenny Smith's family tree is pretty scandalous in relation to him, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised that he'd stalk and clone Bella. 😂
I am absolutely stunned by everything you were able to do with all the games. All those references too, even the PSP game in the trailer, and maybe some Final Fantasy X-2? On top of the jaw-dropping animations, it's an amazing story. There's just too many moments to cover in a RUclips comment. This is, by far, the most creative and talented community out here, and you are a shining star of that.
But on top of that, OMG, you referenced _Santa Claus Conquers the Martians!!_ Now that's a deep cut, and I died laughing when I realized Father Winter was gonna save the day against *aliens.* Well, kinda. But without him, Bella and Clone Bella wouldn't have saved the day, so yeah, he still helped, lol.

This project is so technically, narratively, and visually impressive on SO many levels, but I think more than anything else I'm impressed that you got me to be extremely emotionally attached to Mortimer Goth of all people (and with an awkward adolescent almost-moustache, no less).

When I started watching my jaw immediately dropped. this is truly a cinematic masterpiece. Telling such an involved story without dialogue is difficult, you made it look easy. This was meant for my lazy afternoon viewing however I will never forget it. I shed many tears. I can’t thank you enough for putting this out for all of us to enjoy.

Literally though seeing Sims 1 Bella, hug young Sims 4 Bella actually made me tear up a bit and hit me with the nostalgia of being with Bella Goth from Sims 1 to Sims 4.

Remi, to say this is absolutely masterful, is an understatement! To see all your hard work be pieced together like this to tell such a creative and compelling narrative literally brings tears to my eyes. I love how you wove so much existing Sims lore and yet breathed so much life into these characters. Your tribute to Will Wright was wonderful and I wonder if he knows/likes how his game has become such an amazing vehicle for storytelling, of which I consider your work to be the very best example of. I mean, I know personally while I was playing the original Sims game back in the early 2000s, I could never have imagined that it would create such an epic, exciting and emotional interdimensional coming-of-age story. And I am OBSESSED with your post-credits scene/teaser referencing EA's Goth makeover. I'm sure as more of the townies get refreshed, you'll have a lot to work with! I await your next work with bated breath.

Part of it felt like Infinity Wars with the inclusion of so many occult/townie characters and I love that the redesign of the Goth Family was thrown in there. Tons of effort clearly went into this movie.

i make sims videos all the time and try to capture the cinematic atmosphere of it but this is so far beyond the scope of what I thought could be done with it lol. I m ean usually when I see sims movies that look ultra cinematic there is sooooo much obvious use of blender and custom animations, i myself especially use so many custom animations.I'm only 13 minutes in but I am so impressed by the lack of obvious blender and custom animations you relied on to tell the current story, nearly everything has been in game only animations used in very creative ways and your transitional skills *chefs kiss*. For someone that makes so many videos i seldom actually watch others and I can't wait to finish this one, be back to edit this comment when im done watch it .
So I aspire man. I cried a lot during the story , the plumbbob scene where she is seeing the possible future sent me . I just am seriously impressed. I guess you do use blender according to your credits but it doesn't matter how you did this tbh, im just glad you did. I usually dislike Bella. I never thought Id see a story told that made me like her, you made me love her. You have talent for telling a story using this media style. Honestly, even maxis/ea couldn't have done something this quality and engaging. That scene with all the characters fighting back , another part I cried at for no reason at all, i guess maybe its the nostalgia and respect of years played. You can just tell you love the sims and i do too and seeing so much attention to that scene with all the characters full of personality trying to save the day and it was done in an engaging way. EIther way I'm glad I found this. I was looking for animations for my own stuff and i just wound up here for nearly 2 hours instead lmao. Time well spent tho.

Dear Remi, I remember a few years back you had an animation that you made and uploaded on your channel that has since been removed. It has been about a girl living on an island alone, her listening to a heartbeat of a shipwrecked sailor in the end and saying she will never hear it again. I am not sure if I remember the plot well enough but I have always looked back at that cartoon and it has impacted my life a lot. I find it very inspiring and I hope I will see it again someday. This was SO GOOD. Like, I've never been into machinimas but I just watched an a hour and a half movie machinima and I was fully entertained the entire time. Everything here was so good - the transitions, the editing, the costuming, the storyline, the music choices.... omg I want more of this stuff! I have only just got back into playing the sims but watching this has really brought back the nostaglia and childhood i miss so much. I have never been more proud to be a simmer! well bloody done! Showing that technically they shouldn’t of existed. That it’s kinda like kingdom hearts with Sora. She’s basically a nobody to them being a whole person.
