- Billet flywheel versus stock Hemi flywheel on a Predator 212 / 0 to 30 MPH . Tested the ARC billet flywheel on the Hemi Predator 212 on the Coleman cc100x minibike, from 0 to 30 MPH, and then did the same with a stock Hemi flywheel to see if there was any difference in the 0 to 30 times.

Could you try the same set up with the cast aluminum flywheel? That way we get all 3.
I love your content and testing so much. I used to weld for a living and have been wanting to fabricate something for the last few years. The bike is all drawn up and even have a garage now. Just need the time. Perhaps, I will start next winter.

U should check out the small engine cam website. U can customize your cams to go to 400lift and 280 duration. A extreme build like that would be cool
You should do another video with the same motor and bike same setup just with a stock ghost cam and stock flywheel and and test the top speed

Love the videos! I’m going to be installing a budget aluminum flywheel from Amazon when it gets here. Does anyone know what the space should be between the magnet on those general/ standard aluminum flywheels?
ARC flywheel at 32 degrees is probably a touch too much advance for that low rpm of a stock engine, with the stock cam.
Plenty of people assume more timing is better. The correct timing is always better.
Agreed. He would have needed an 7 or 8 degree key in the stock fly wheel to be the same.
I have a theoretical for you? If I have a newer Briggs Stratton engine with regular flywheel and that plastic fin thing, and put on a mini bike. Could I substitute it with a Briggs Stratton lawn mower engine metal fin billet flywheel and get the same results you got? Do you think it’s possible to find this upgrade for free off other kinds of older engines?

Milder timing of stock wheel is better at low rpm off the line.

Yes, kind of like this bike with stock internals. Did almost 60 MPH and was pretty quick getting there. Not very hard to do with the right gearing. That's one reason I like putting these videos out. @@thompsonbrian8791 You can rev a stock rod to 6500 or so but a billet or upgraded flywheel is highly recommended.

For higher RPM definitely need that billet wheel .
