I love your content and testing so much. I used to weld for a living and have been wanting to fabricate something for the last few years. The bike is all drawn up and even have a garage now. Just need the time. Perhaps, I will start next winter.
Yes, kind of like this bike with stock internals. Did almost 60 MPH and was pretty quick getting there. Not very hard to do with the right gearing. That's one reason I like putting these videos out. So if I have a P212 with a ziptied governor and straight pipe, all I should need to be safe is a billet flywheel, and 18-22 pound springs right? I dont have any carb upgrades, but I do want to put a stage 1 on it. Should it be safe then?
Love the videos! I’m going to be installing a budget aluminum flywheel from Amazon when it gets here. Does anyone know what the space should be between the magnet on those general/ standard aluminum flywheels?
Not sure about the lift. Picked it up used. Check out the playlist for many different mini bikes engine and part combos ruclips.net/video/rF7xAz02INA/видео.html
ARC flywheel at 32 degrees is probably a touch too much advance for that low rpm of a stock engine, with the stock cam. Plenty of people assume more timing is better. The correct timing is always better.
I have a theoretical for you? If I have a newer Briggs Stratton engine with regular flywheel and that plastic fin thing, and put on a mini bike. Could I substitute it with a Briggs Stratton lawn mower engine metal fin billet flywheel and get the same results you got? Do you think it’s possible to find this upgrade for free off other kinds of older engines?
Thanks for sharing
That little bike hit 40 in no time man wow
Check out this one. It hit 75 ...so farruclips.net/video/tWLFbTe1gdw/видео.html
Could you try the same set up with the cast aluminum flywheel? That way we get all 3.
nice to be able to ride somewhere without karens calling the cops on u in
Fr I just flush it on em ghost 212 ,super pipe, gearing at 2.63 7000rpm I'm gone no chance of catching me
I ride in the city and I’ve never had the cops called. Feel bad for you

Yeah, the cop's got real problems, not mini bikes.

Love my stage 1 predator 212 top speed 57 fully stock internals 😮

@@Black66 yes much appreciated cuz I’ve got a cousin with a built motor and I’m still faster then him cuz his gearing
😅really?? No problems so maybe all that money for billit parts is not necessary 😮
@@thompsonbrian8791 You can rev a stock rod to 6500 or so but a billet or upgraded flywheel is highly recommended.
@@thompsonbrian8791 I’m getting billet soon lol then gonna have a top speed around 80-90 😂
Forgot to say, another great video! Thanks!

Where do i find a cast alluminum flywheel for a hemi 212 I just keep finding a non hemi one.
Here is the link for the Hemi cast wheel www.ebay.com/itm/134667357374?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&fromMakeTrack=true
@@Black66 thank you so much you’ve helped me a lot for my predator build
@@faxbest1336 Thanks for watching the videos!
OMB & GPS about to cancel you for this video 😂
Lol , I only ran 0 to 30 to keep the revs low.
For higher RPM definitely need that billet wheel .
@Black66 of course. Thank you for your contribution to the community. Cheers from Tucson , Az.
Amazing what a little flywheel inertia can do for you.
Good video man
🔥🥷🔥thanks black but why didn’t the flywheel brake?
Man man!! Love when that new black66 video drops!!! Love your videos brother, keep ‘em coming man and stay safe

Hell yeah! Always wanted to see this
Mini bike needs a Joe dirt sticker saying yeah it's got a hemi 🤘
What kinda lift is that? And can it fit other mini bikes?

You should do another video with the same motor and bike same setup just with a stock ghost cam and stock flywheel and and test the top speed
ARC flywheel at 32 degrees is probably a touch too much advance for that low rpm of a stock engine, with the stock cam.
Plenty of people assume more timing is better. The correct timing is always better.
Agreed. He would have needed an 7 or 8 degree key in the stock fly wheel to be the same.
I would like to know the difference in when you add a 75 tooth sprocket on a 196cc engine. Just curious

Milder timing of stock wheel is better at low rpm off the line.
Thanks again for the videos.
What main jet and needle position you running on the carb?
What plug wire do you use?
U should check out the small engine cam website. U can customize your cams to go to 400lift and 280 duration. A extreme build like that would be cool
👍
I accidentally orderd a non hemi billet flywheel for my heli 212 do you think it will still fit ?
No it wont
Yo I have a hemi flywheel and have a nonhemi if we could trade we both win
Not the results that was expected😫
