    Try doing a few hour wet brine on the chicken. Don't cut the meat. Dry and season. Pan sear for a couple of minutes on each side and finish in the oven 350F for 12-15 minutes until internal temp gets to around 160F. Always comes out very juicy for me.

      Good suggestion! 🙌 Wet brining is such a great technique for locking in moisture and flavor. Your pan-searing and oven-finishing method sounds like a good idea for achieving that perfect juicy texture.

    LOOKS GOOD 👍🏾 BUT I LEARNED THIS METHOD TO COOK PERFECT RICE ALONG TIME AGO. PUT YOUR FINGER TIP ON TOP OF THE RICE ONCE INSIDE YOUR POT (DO NOT LET YOUR FINGER GO INSIDE THE RICE, JUST ON THE VERY TIPPY TOP😀). AND POUR YOUR WATER TO THE LEVEL OF THE FIRST LINE ON YOUR FINGER TIP ( FIRST LINE FROM THE NAIL OF THAT FINGER) AND YOUR RICE WILL BE PERFECTLY DONE. FOR YOUR CHICKEN YOU COULD HAVE ADDED A LITTLE WATER TO THE BOTTOM AND SOME BUTTER 🧈 IT WOULD BE MUCH JUICIER. ❤️🙏🏾GOD BLESS YOU.

    Tekee aina pahaa katsoa kun metallilla tekee jotain pannolla. Tos ei nyt naarmuta,mut kuitenkin. Muuten näytti hyvältä mitä teit

      Kyllä 😀 noi pannut on menossa vaihtoon ihan just, pinnoite on aika pilalla jo. Varma juuri siitä kun on käytetty metalli esineitä.
      Tosi hyvä kana rinta tuli. Olin itsekin yllättynyt.
