JJ will be a great coach if the Lakers front office doesn't get in the way. The entire front office needs to be fired. Set JJ free and let him coach the 4 full years and extend. All successful NBA organizations have coaches who have been there multiple years. Even Mozzula was on staff before he became the HC. Leave JJ alone. Fire the Rambiis they are useless.
