I didn't watch the entire video but if that's the case that 43 properties are being managed, fully booked all month then really well done.

First off anyone who does SA management takes 15%-20%, the rest goes to the landlords that means minus tax she's seeing approx £3-4K max which is basically an average 9-5er salary. It appears these students only go on these winners on a Wednesday for clout I guess it's mutually beneficial as it promotes Samuels Course.
I smell large Bull Poo... And she controls nothing, she is just a banks debt mule... legals has all been done for her... they have loaded her up on debt... and when it all goes south... she be wrecked!!!!!

@@lacarladaley3863 I think it's the same principle as Ivy League universities; it's not that the university teaches you anything unique or better than non Ivy Leagues, it's that you'll be surrounded by future leaders of industry who will provide incredibly useful connections going forward. Its essentially a club for the elite that also also have classes. Same with any organization where the primary function is the social connections.
