Hey, I just finished my three weeks of training with P&S in Savannah, Georgia. So far so good I go out with a trainer on Wednesday. Very optimistic. Great company so far.
Oh absolutely I’d like more information on the pay. I went to Melton like you suggested because of how respectful they are. 52cpm $100 tarp $2500 sign on. Another video I need is how to work the clock to my maximum bennifit
So happy to hear that you are liking Melton. As for clock management, I made a video on that already. Check out my trucking tips playlist. Now, with regards to the pay here at P&S. I am not able to discuss how much I am making for each load. I believe that is against company policy. However, I can tell you that I am averaging 9000 miles a month at an average of 72 cents a mile. Hope that helps.
Be careful with those preloads had the whole plastic cover come out from mine. Look like a cape😂I’m getting my truck tomorrow with P&S. I started also with Tran Scam back in 2020 nightmare 😂 Been doing flatbed over a year now love it. Thanks for videos you helped me make my mind up going to P&S. Be safe boss!
I’m glad I could help you out. You made a good decision. It starts out a little rough here, but once you figure it out, you’ll be good to go. Also, I’m sorry to hear you went through the same bs I went through over at transam. Safe travels.
Yea I passed you up yesterday as you was grabbing that load I was headed out of there good thing they pre tarp them there but u have to always add your little touch to get down the highway safely
I like Melton I just like money more The job is pretty easy granite I’m still a rookie by far I think I’m only on my 14th load with Melton or ever for that matter But I’m struggling to get dispatch for decent miles I’m only averaging 2000 miles a week I’m barely bringing home $1000 a week i’m just trying to figure out what else is out there
Hey mr Delgado ! I saw you your getting 53 cents per mile after a year at meltan ? I just graduated cdl school and melton came by to talk to us and there starting us at 52 cents per mile ? Why is that and that seems amazing isent it ? After a year our pay goes to 58 cents per mile I have the booklet and email they gave us to confirm that ? Why do u think that is ?
I picked up in OKC and they strapped it for me, been driving P&S 2 weeks, Be safe out there!!

How long should I stay at Melton before I make a jump for more money
That is completely up to you. I would stay for a year. Learn the ropes and then move on if company is not for tou
