I have a Yeti cup full of water next to my bed I wake up and take drinks during the night...I just drink tons of water normally always have I cannot take vitamins they make me super hungry, I just try to get my vitamins in my diet as directed by drs. if they work for you that's great. your sweater is so pretty!!! love it! I love your spring decor we've been having 60 and 70 degree weather, been wearing shorts and flip flops, so I am really getting spring fever, bought me a mini greenhouse to plant some seeds I have thousands of flower seeds lol..that quote I have put on my fb page, really inspirational. Yoga is fantastic, I do a workout bout 3 times a week and yoga (I'm 64) I do also watch youtube vids about proving the bible is correct. I watch an online sermon each Sunday and write down scriptures.. I really admire your daily routine, have a blessed day Karen! (plz never stop your videos, love your passion and warm personality)

I have not been able to stop thinking about you and Archie.l I have cried and prayed for you both.So glad thatArchie is feeling a little better. Our family have had to say goodbye to three of our sweet babies in 2023. Of course they were 12 and 13 years old but that doesn't keep you for missing them. We were so blessed to have them that long, I will continue to prayer for Archie and his vet. Enjoy your video. and a loving forward to your next.

I too am in Ohio and have been trying to focus on upcoming events to take my mind off it. I really enjoy you showing us how you decorate and teaching us new ideas. I appreciate the topic of chasing winter blues because I live in MI and have experienced grey skies for too many days. Finally the last couple days the sun has been out and the temperatures have come up to 40. We all feel better when the sun is out.

I live in Jersey and we have literally had no sun for almost three weeks But finally Saturday the sun came out...Yay..I am one of those people who love sunlight. I don't have a lot of curtains but the ones I do are here and every morning my blinds are way up... I decorated for Valentine's Day the other day. and the pops of color really made me feel happy... Love little Archie we had a dog that couldn't walk she had to have back surgery she had chipped a little bone in her neck but thank goodness they fixed her still praying for little Archie he is so cute

The Father God's Word says we are only to meditate on SCRIPTURE. This is because the evil one wants to come into our thoughts and Spirit and deceive us. GOD's Word says, Test the spirits to make sure it is from THE LORD.
Interesting! To be quite honest with you when I took that class I was just grateful for the relaxation and listening to the beautiful music. 🩷🌿
It was a very relaxing class. I enjoyed listening to the music and feeling grateful for being able to move my body & focus on everything I am grateful for. God is always in my heart my friends 🩷

Continued prayer for sweet Archie. Loved your video! I ordered the Guidepost Devotional and looking forward to it's arrival. I'm in California and it has been raining for three days and that is very unusual. We are actually happy to see the rain! But, I can understand it would be hard if you had that for long periods of time. Spring is in six weeks!

All your spring touches were so pretty. But I am thinking how much you have gone to the white aesthetic in your home. Even the living room seems very white. I know sometimes we just crave change. I guess I just associate you and your home with warm, cozy colors. They were so cozy and welcoming.

Karen you can just regard this but did they check Archie or Addison's disease? Our little one got it real quick too and I mentioned it to another you tuber it saved their baby. Hey worth a shot just blood test..but it's not with normal blood test they normally do....
