Im glad to see a air fryer cleaning video where the person doesn't put water and soap in the tray an puts it back in the machine with the water in it. This is a lot more safe
Don't need baking soda or the harsh dish pad. Simply dish soap(fairy liquid) hot water 5 mins then with the water still in the base rub with a dish washing bristle brush. perfectly clean and won't scratch finish
After watching people wash these, I start to wonder how they even have survived this long 😅

I agree. Unnecessary steps. Just takes a simple wash with soap & water! & it’s sparkling clean!
I don’t even use baking soda, grease comes right off with hot water alone and I use alittle bit of soap to finish washing it
Add a little white vinegar right before you add the hot water and it'll do half the scrubbing for you. Also, use Dawn dish soap, it cuts grease the best.
If you are not a lazy 4ss, soap and a soft cleaning towel are all you need
Everyone knows how to clean the Air Fryer container, but the hard part is how to clean the grease on the Fan and other internal areas of Air fryer!! 🤔
Clean with damp cloth while still warm.
try putting a dishwasher detergent pod in the pan and put enough hot water to cover it, then cook it in the air fryer for about 10 minutes. After it cools, wipe the heating area with a cloth or paper towels. I saw several RUclips videos on this and it worked. I was going to take the whole thing apart to clean it. lol
I clean dishes in my instant pot when its not alot to do, as i live alone.. great for sanitizing potholders and dishcloths 😊. Set it on zero minutes.
Make sure you add one cup of water first.. also makes cleaning trivet and other metal, silicone utensils easy.. Be cautious.. it gets extremely hot!

Use silicon airfryer liners and there's no need to clean and wash your air fryer just take the liner outside and wash it so simple
Sadly my airfryer doesn't function well with it.
Or you can use the sheets that are meant to go inside of it to prevent build up like what’s on there

The thing is no matter how I rinse it with clean water, still smells like dishwasher after the next use...please advise.
Maybe use vinegar instead of dishwasher
Once washed with dishwasher, use hot water the next time and rinse it. The smell would be gone. Also, always preheat the pan and then use the air fryer, no foul smell would be there ever.
Please use non toxic soap, use natural dishsoap that doesnt contains any chemicals. Use organic and bicarbonate of soda soap
I've found the solution...sold that air fryer and bought another one and use baking paper.... XD

WHO let's there air fryer get this scummy. I put Dawn in it let it soak every time I use it. And it comes out spotless, no scrubbing. JUST wash.

Many of us have water meters and it just is not economical these days - unfortunately!😢😢
I tried it and it came out disgusting, all the nasty rinse water caked onto the tray. It was distrurbingly gross. It’s supposed to be non stick but turns out to be the stickiest thing I own. If you use dish soap on it will not rinse off all the way and smells like soap as you cook so it’s still on there. I hate my air fryer. Impossible to clean properly.
