This is a video of the Tallest, Fastest, Longest, and most extreme flying roller coaster in the world called Tatsu. It is located at Six Flags Magic Mountain in Valencia, California.

I love Tatsu! X2 was insane, but I enjoyed Tatsu even more. The feeling is totally different from other roller coasters. Once you stop thinking about the holsters failing, it is like flying.
went 5 times this month.... Got a season pass and its nice to live locally.... I dropped my phone (SLVR) off of it. Never thought I'd see the sucker again, but guest relations called me up and they said that they found it on the tracks on Tatsu. That huge loop is killer! I lost my phone after that loop.
Went on that coaster yesterday, as I got to the peak before the initial drop, I had this zen moment where my mind blanked and I thought, "Holy shit why did I do this..." but it was too late. This coaster is freaking amazing, go on it.
That flip looks insane! I wonder if this ride is scarier or beter than "X". "X" was the craziest ride I've ever been on. Six Flags is insane! I thought they were closing down...
it is an amazing amazing ride...I remember riding it on a blue summer dusk...it was totally like those dreams you have when you are flying. All coasters should be like this.

Definitely sit in the front seat. It's the most comfortable, and offers the best views. Only ride in the back if you want a forceful ride in the pretzel loop. Last time I was there, Flashpass users got the back few rows, so I don't know if they've changed it yet.
I went on this ride about two years ago, and I would have to say it was the most intense roller coaster besides the X-treme. The Loop is amazing and scares the shit out of you becasue no other coaster can offer that kind of feeling. If you have the option of riding it DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!

i wanna go to Cedar point also, i have gone to Universal Studios Hollywood, Universal Studios Island of Adventures, Disney's MGM Studios, Six Flags Magic Mountain, Disneyland, and Carowinds. I rode all the rides in every single park i named. :D and i wanna go to a lot more!
@boysforpele2 it's awesome.....sale everything and go.....those 2 coasters you mentioned are great...but there is so much more at Magic Mountain than just those 2
well.. i went back in like 2 weeks or so.. sinc'e i don't live in america, i went there on a school day and the lines were reaaaaaaaaaally short and i went on tatsu 3 times too.. so, i guess i'm pretty happy about that.. :D
It doesn't look intense untill the loop. Barrel rolls on flying coaster are just going on to your back and back on to your front. Not much. I would go on that seeing as the only flying coaster i have been on is Air at alton towers. very good ride. the restraints are sooo comfy.

I knew it was me and I can die up there, but for those 30 seconds or so the ride lasts... I felt free.
That is highly unlikely. Although another flying coaster recently had an incident (not the same company that designed/made Tatsu), there are a great deal of safety features installed on these rides to keep them completely fine. Roller coasters are safe, but when you don't follow the rules, regulations, and suggestions (i.e. standing, being too big), bad things can happen.
Dude, I went today on a Thursday for a Senior Trip for high school, and the line started where you see the boarding area. I went on it like 3 times and my vocal cords went dry from the screaming, especially the half loop part that dives to the ground.
@zenmachinefilms You're not looking at people's feet, because you're facing the ground. When you're in the horizontal position, you'd have to strain your neck in order to look at the people in front of you.
god i love this ride... its kinda scary though cuz wen you star thinking since youre on you your chest or what ever that thing could open and you fall out. its still a bad ass ride though been on it like 5 or 6 times. i hope its more =)
Me too, but i still go on them...just think of it this way, ur more likely to get into an accident on the way to the theme park than u are getting into an accident on a roller coaster.

i've been on this ride. i love it!! the pretzel loop is fun, but it scares me every time.

get a fast pass, its really worth, i used 3 of 4 fast pass in tatsu. its incredible, also Goliath is very nice too.

Tatsu is a lot of fun, but I still like "Superman - Ultimate Flight" at SFOG the only difference is Tatsu is alot bigger than SUF.
