F what those sissy liberals think, dime knew what tf was up and he was proud of where he came from, nothing wrong with that, he was also way nicer then anyone criticizing him
when i brought this my girlfriend at the time was like "sure you gonna by that album with the big ass confederate flag on it?" Seeing how im a black guy with this album in hand. I replied, "its has Dimebag on guitar" that was all that needed to be said. I could care less if he was racist i just love his music. I could care ess if he liked me or not.
You got the spirit bro' don"t judge people, just listen to their music if it's suits you. I listen to everything from southern rock to G-funk, british rock, Norvegian black metal...who cares if the music is good ?
Dimebag, Vinnie Paul and David Allen Coe are the shit!! Everybody should check out the movie that this title comes from, Heartworn Highways. It's amazing.
about the confederate flag well even lemmy from motorhead said that it looks badass and no neither dime nor D.A.C were racists PERIOD end of the discussion about it
my personal stand on music is that i dont care what the musician's sexual preference, race, or views are just as long as the music is good, i dont give a fuck
@killerpeaches7 No its not odd at all, Vinnie said himself he thought that Dime done some of his best playing he has ever heard on this album. I think if anybody knows Dimes playing better than anyone its his on brother. To me Vinnie belongs up there with the best drummers of all time. Everything that ive heard Dime play is great! The man was 1 of a kind the greatest player ever with a personality to match. He played like no 1 before him & we'll never see anyone like him again! Dime BYOND4EVER!
@killerpeaches7 no. this shit is awesome. its badass to hear these two legends together making music, collaborating, bringing both of their styles together to make one supergroove.
i was drivin around listening to this, got some bad looks im not racist at all it's just nice to wind up up-tight people.great band.we miss you dime, peace
Two of the best artists ever. If you're seriously offended by N-Bombs, stay away from Southern folk. I'm Hispanic and this shit fucking ROCKS! N Jokes Are Still Funny Anyways!!! LOL
@deadjoh Dime wasnt rasict, he and Phil Anselmo explained in interviews that they think you should have pride in what race you are, and everyone is welcome to their shows. So Dime probably would have liked you if yall had met!
you're the man. and dac wrote a lot of dirty songs and racist ones too, but all for laughs. i think that's awesome when we can all just make fun of each other haha. that's why southpark was good. they fuckin made fun of everybody.
Why is no one talking about rex's bass? That's a groovy ass bass track.
They must not hear rexs' bass...
That blazing solo..... Speared it!
Yeah, it's actually my favourite solo of his. There's no denying This Love or Cemetery Gates or The Sleep but there's something about this solo.
@@Goosebear77 I agree... floods is my second. Maybe my first, depending on mood but def those 2. Dude don’t have a bad note in his toolbox tho
Why are we talking about racism? Dime wasn't a racist, he was a proud southerner, the same goes for Vinnie Paul and Rex.
that is correct
The far left loves talking about race all the time... Strange huh, the same people who today tells us Jews are white oppressors... History repeats
DAC too!
F what those sissy liberals think, dime knew what tf was up and he was proud of where he came from, nothing wrong with that, he was also way nicer then anyone criticizing him
So what if he was there's racism on every side so fuck it
Today I saw a guy on the street wearing a Pantera tshirt and this came to my mind!
is it odd that this stuff is my favorite work from Dime? I mean really loved CFH era Pantera, but this stuff just is pure win, IMO.
Beautiful.
My favorite Rebel Meets Rebel track.
The solo is amazing! :O

these dudes had nothing to do with racism at all! so it’s all good man, just getcha pull \,,/
Its like he is the only person that can hold high the confederate flag and not only being cool, but also open minded and anti racist. Rip!
dime was definitely not racist. he jammed with random black people on the street who he never met.
I’d bet Dime wouldn’t have disliked you unless you’re a shitty person
craaazy solo!!
Yet tracks that sound shit out there have reached the ears of millions. I guess they are lost in a dazing shade. Dime broke the levels of filtration.
This album is so good.
Dimebag, Vinnie Paul and David Allen Coe are the shit!! Everybody should check out the movie that this title comes from, Heartworn Highways. It's amazing.

@deadjoh Dime wasnt rasict, he and Phil Anselmo explained in interviews that they think you should have pride in what race you are, and everyone is welcome to their shows. So Dime probably would have liked you if yall had met!
Lot's of Zakk Wylde licks in that solo...but, then the were extremely good buds....
That's Johnny Rebel, not DAC

He had a black drummer during the making of that song.
you're the man. and dac wrote a lot of dirty songs and racist ones too, but all for laughs. i think that's awesome when we can all just make fun of each other haha. that's why southpark was good. they fuckin made fun of everybody.
