Totally true, the majority of the roads on this estate have not had even the first coat of asphalt due to ongoing issues with drainage. Check out my other videos on this estate for other issues. Probably won’t last 4 years, looks like there might be a tack coat underneath but too much surface water by the looks of it.

New build estate and the developers hadn't bothered to do the final layer of asphalt. Council won't adopt the roads until it's done.

U should have seen our road it was crap but they did roadworks but they didn’t put asphalt just gravel
