    man the fact that he could talk while holding a full planche and also holding it for 10 perfect seconds!!! and then pressing while continuously talking makes proves that he is a BEAST!!

    Really good content and info as always bro! About the band assisted, that used to happen to me too haha, what I do and I have seen other athletes also do it is to open to straddle planche (or legs wide enough as the band is) at the middle of the press and then close to full at the middle of the negative 💪

      This is what I actually do when training my 90-degree HSPU, I started with straddle at the top and close the legs at the bottom and on the way up going straddle again half way there!

    What??? First of all, you were speaking super relaxed while doing the press and the planche (honestly that’s fucking amazing).
    Secondly, this is something that I never tried, I was struggling with tuck presses and now I can do in advanced tuck.

    Btw in band full press, the key is to straddle towards the end so the band doesn't come off

    Great video! Do you have Instagram? Also for your body weight do u typically use weights like dumbells, kettlebells, barbells or do u prefer machines and or both for mass?

    I have a question. When should i incorporate push ups pull ups dips into my training? If I'm training planche should i do harder variations of pushing movements or just do something basic like push ups? I'm confused. When should I do the basics?

    Yeah, and when you do a press on full planch with the band, you can just raise your legs at the and, and so the band will be still on your waist, just a little life hack for planche presses with band

    WTF I DID MY FIRST FULL PLANCHE PRESS! I did it with the tip of the head moved into my arms... i've been strugglin with it and i felt i lacked the propioception, even tho i have a decent 6-8 sec full planche

    Hey I am working on the planche at the moment and am struggling with the straddle planche. I can do adv tuck good form for 10 seconds but when I attempt straddle planche my legs feel super heavy and I have to lean way past my hips to get my legs to feel lighter. What am I doing wrong
