You know what makes this so perfect? Is that your characters from the artstyle look really alike to the other charcters its like you drew this whole thing
You could use adobe animate, I use it and it is too simple, you can also use macromedia flash because they are almost the same, it is literally what all mod creators use to make their characters and xml files, you can also animate in it without need of a sprite sheet

I use FlipaClip it’s really nice for beginners I guess but just give it a try! (Devices:phone and iPad,I don’t know about computers lol)
