Couldn't agree more. I was left stranded by the side of the road so many times with my 1.6 caddy maxi injector faults. I lost all faith in it ( not to mention £600 a pop to fix each injector!) . I Chose a nearly new 1.5 medium wheelbase Toyota Proace ( didn't need the towing capacity like you) The 10 year warranty swung the decision plus a cracking price from a main dealer in Southampton. Over 2 years later it hasn't missed a beat. Love the van.
It's the nitrogen oxygen sensor! It's good to put redex diesel cleaner in full tank two to three times a year as it helps the longevity of dpf sensors and injectors! Give it a good screwing some times to help clear out the dpf!
Hiya , hope your Easter has been brilliant. Just keen to find out more on your Pro ace . Is it still good? . I’m a gardener and I’m looking to upgrade my current vehicle of a mk 7 Transit. I have owned a Toyota Hiace in the past and I liked it, though these vans are somewhat dated now. Your input is greatly appreciated,. Thanks Adrian
Highly recommend the proace. Its just turned 3 years old and with only one fault being a leaking ad blue injector. I didn’t even know, toyota spotted and fixed it during a service. The vans built like a tank and surprisingly efficient for its size. Looks the part too. I made a more up to daye cideo recently showing all the kit i put in it. Check out latest upload
Nice van tho! The only problem I've had with mine was the Nox sensor went on it which is a common fault on them but it's only a small thing and easy to ch!
@@rowanlewisuk Adblue played up on mine under warranty , buggers said it was my fault and i new it was a sensor fault. I always keep it topped up full.
Hi, is the van still reliable? I’m going self employed soon and it seems every van I look into has issues, I just want a reliable van….Ive got my eye on a 2020 LWB, thanks
It’s been great for me. The only issue but didn’t affect the van no lights etc was an ad blue injector. It was spotted to be leaking when serviced and fixed under warranty. The 2.0 version is the one to get as they use the trusty 2.0 hdi out the peugeots. The 1.5 is less reliable but i have a mate with ome and its been fine
bought one wish i hadn't, dreaded Peugeot add blue tank issue that Peugeot recognise fault but Toyota want admitt to knowing about an issue> waiting 5 months for replacement tank van stranded and still no idea when part coming never buying a Toyota again
Not True on all parts, my proace clutch went on by 1.6 115 hp 24,000 m this year , two month wait for it from china they said it had to be a toyota part for the warrenty. Now the gear box is playing up. Avoid Proace Vans.

I ordered a new Proace Last year in November. 2L Diesel Engine with 8 speed automatic 144hp. It can tow up to 2500kg
Must be a new option wasn’t available when I bought mine
Do u know what is the dimension of loading area i really want to buy one pls let me know if you know the size thx
Great video. What are the seats like, good for long journeys (passenger seat as well)?
The seats are great and plenty of leg room (im 6ft 7). The middle seat is a bit tight on leg room but ideal for the mrs or kids

his delivery reminds me of Uncle Bryn from Gav&Stacey.
Is this car reliable?
I've heard that position of steering column on right side drive is slightly of centre. How is feeling?
I haven’t noticed to be honest
