Cool man.... I do hope your coupe is in better condition than this pig... I need body parts if your stash is deep enough....I got folden monies! Thanks for watching.
Well.....my biggest need is a passenger door, grill shell and inner fender panels. From there....im on the fence with going beyond that. Would probably depend on the $$ and shipping/pickup game plan. Where are you located?
@Boxcar's Garage ok I'm in Spokane WA. I'll ask the old man what's out there for doors. I know I saw a couple sedan doors. Are they the same as the coupe? I haven't looked into the interchangeablity. I'm working on a trade for some 35-41 car and truck parts I know there's a couple grills in there not sure about shells. I'll keep you posted And I'll check on the inner fenders
@KD's boosted appreciate that sir... I was station at McChord back in the day...pretty country out that way. Yes Sedan doors can work with a sl8ght alteration at the top aft corner where it'll contact the gutter.
I think it's definitely savable. It's only a passenger's side door, driver's side b pillar, a trunk, a few patch panels, and a floor away from a usable rat rod body. That's definitely doable. It might take some time to locate a door, but you can fab a trunk. Happy hunting for the rest of it!
You are Right ----- It's getting harder and harder to find these old cars --- not just the parts alone ---- You back in ---- with your wallet fully extended ---- Thank You for Sharing with us -------- Rodney
Awesome buy , at least your honest enough to tell everyone what you paid for it, and what your plans are with it. Good luck on the 34. See you next Moultrie swap meet
Yesser, like all of us...it's interesting to know what it's bought for...this one being on marketplace...was not much if a secret. As for flipping it...the longer it's here the easier it gets to just keep it back....im digging the shape of this coupe.
Very cool! Have a couple 35's in the family stash. A coupe in exactly the same shape lol. 5-6 35-40 frames

Yesser....it's a tough addiction to manage with the scarcity of these components. Thanks for the comment!!

Start with the door and build the car around it.😂
Great rat rod potential with not to much to do.😊
Agree with 50% of your statement... this lower area is gonna test my fortitude brother!! Thanks for watching!
