Welcome Back Sian! Your Ranunculus is looking beautiful 🤩 I have not had a chance to wear mine as the weather got so hot 🥵 I am so happy to be part of your knitting group and meet so many talented and wonderfull knitters! This group has given me the confidence to knit anything with out thinking it is too hard 😊 Your Venus shawl looks amazing and the colours are beautiful, now that I have been gifted the book for Christmas I might just have to make it next year! Looking forward to your next episode 😊
Hey Sylvia! Aren’t we lucky to have such an amazing group to share this craft with 💕 I can’t wait to see what you make from the book 👀 🧶 Thank you for your lovely support of this podcast as well 💕🌸
Hello Sian! How lovely to see you again. All your projects are so gorgeous in colours that sing and suit you so well. I am knitting my second October Sweater by Petite Knit in navy yarn from Hillesvag. I already have one in bright green in the same yarn and I just love it. I am going to watch your next video now so see ya!!
Ooooo Hillesvag! Sounds lovely & great pattern combo! I’d love to try that yarn but it will have to wait until I’ve knitted my way through all this lot. Thanks for sticking with me 💕
All the warm and fuzzies Sian! So happy that we have our knitting group too! 💕 And I was sooo happy to hear that your loved one is on the road to recovery. 🥰Great to have you back and happy there will be more instalments soon! xx
Lovely to see you back. Ranunculus is perhaps my most loved sweater pattern, have made already 12 of those in different yarns and sleeve lengths. Turquoise colors look just wonderful on you. Greetings from Finland, here we have a lot of snow and it is so nice to wear all my woolly sweaters. Looking forward to your next podcast.
12?! That’s Wonderful! I can see why it’s your favourite though 😃 We’ve had a bit of a heatwave so I’d love a little bit of your snow right now. It sound magical, particularly at this time of year. My best friend is currently visiting her in-laws in Finland and she sent me some pics ❄️ ⛄️
Hi Sian Loved seeing your Holst WIPS I received my first order from Holst recently and am also working on an Espace Tricot jumper…the Calliope, holding super soft with Titicaca so not as fluffy as yours but so far, so good Also going to try doing a second Half and Half Triangle Wrap with either supersoft or Coast Your Ranunculus with the Coast yarn looks great 💜🐨
@@theobsessivemakerSo I’m using supersoft silver grey with Titicaca silver grey for my Calliope Bit boring but I really wanted a grey jumper I bought when Holst had their sale going and also added a jumper quantity of supersoft sweet pea and Titicaca Heather Rose to my stash Almost completed my Half and Half in Purl Soho’s linen quill, kettle black and purple smoke I thoroughly enjoyed the process so will make another….maybe supersoft in sloe and cranberry or topaz and vintage Heather or Coast peach and candy So many options and much much cheaper than the linen quill but I have to admit, that the linen quill is absolutely lovely Can’t beat the Holst on price though and seeing so many podcasters using and loving it, well, you know how it is, just ‘needed’ more yarn! 🤣
Hi Sian, I’m having a catch up on your videos 😊yay! Your Venus shawl is just stunning! I wondered what happened to your twists and turns mkal? Mine is languishing somewhat….
I’ve made the classic in holstgarn and mohair and it’s my most worn, love it. I made wrist warmers to wear when it’s cooler as the sleeves are quite open and tucking these little lovelies on underneath just makes it so lovely and cozy. Love the shawl fade 🥰 Good luck househunting! It’s not easy here at the moment is it? My mortgage unlocked last month and it just feels rude right now and I know there’s more rate rises to come🤮 need a 🔮🫣 Enjoyable as ever thanks for sharing and happy new year. Stay cool 🥵
Great to hear your feedback on the pattern & yarn combo 😃💕 I might slim my sleeves down as I’m notoriously clumsy so will probably catch them on all the doorknobs 😂 Oh dear, I hope you’re going to be ok with the rate changes. It must be a big shock indeed! 🤞🏻for you 💕 Thanks for watching 💕🌸
Awww, you’re the best too Sian 😘 thanks to you and Sarah for organising our catch ups and I’m so glad to call you all my friends 😊

Wonderful! We’re on the Espace Tricot x Holst bandwagon together 😆 you must tell me how you get on with it.
What colours did you choose?

Oh thank you! Yes, I just couldn’t keep up with the mkal and it turned out to be a good thing 😄
Lovely to see you again. Love the dress you’re wearing. Is this one of your makes? Xox
Yes, it is! It’s the Style Arc Hope dress.
