From a biomechanics perspective, probably reverse curls due to the fact that it inhibits the biceps the most from contracting due to the pronated grip-whereas the biceps can assist more in a neutral curl. So, it’s more from reduced biceps engagement than anything. But, I am a big fan of both and strategically mixing and blending both neutral and pronation.
I do these every bicep day. Great combo!

What do you feel is better for the brachialis…hammers or reverse curls? I know both are good to hit it but scientifically is there one surperior?
