    The black board is the most durable. The blue ones (equivalent to 1 board ~¾") then to bend the corners when they fall or fall right on the edge of the plastic breaking them. Only get the black ones if you buy them. The others break too easily.

    Happy New Year! Future video suggestions: 1) what are the safest breaks for kids (for example, we have learned from experience that top of the foot strikes or heel strikes in axe kick are more painful as is a 2 board hammerfist). We need to build up something beyond side kick for black belt testing and it has to go through 2 boards. 2) please give your thoughts on safe sparring for kids and especially your opinion on whether head kicks are safe for kids. Thanks!

    @GNT Do you recommend using break skills on objects being used on you to fight, such as a baseball bat or a long wooden board? I’ve always wondered if it was better to evade it or to attempt to break it and make it useless. But also wondered if the combined force of the object’s speed plus my own might cause more damage to me than to it.

    • @GingerNinjaTrickster
      @GingerNinjaTrickster  5 лет назад +1

      Work Fit Evade or get close in to the stick/bat. The energy/force from them is weaker the closer it is to their hand(s) 👍🏻 I will make a video on this in the future so I can explain it in more detail 😁

    • @timboslice9905
      @timboslice9905 5 лет назад

      Blastm 290 That’s my default thought but if it is a situation in close quarters or closed quarters like a room, I’ve always wondered if there was any wisdom in attempting to break the weapon, in the case of a wood-based weapon. If you can’t escape, it seems logical that disarming your opponent or rendering their weapon useless could be beneficial, but not if the attempt is going to break your arm or leg. 😳
