- Its about time I cover one of my favorite body styles on my favorite chassis.
I'll go through how I do a setup of a Super FM chassis car in general and show how well this car performs in a Speed Tech track.

i REALLY like your track setup, and i'd love to race on it, but i don't think it's the right track to showcase a hammer dampered fm. The jumps are followed by 2+ straights which is ample room for landing. I feel that a car with hard tires and front+rear brakes (since there's no banked sections) would work fine and also be lighter, improving cornering speed.
I'm not trying to put down your car or your track: I like them both, i just think that they don't mesh. Your car is capable of running more technical tracks. It's a dampered fm afterall.

I'd really wish for our rules to change in speedtech philippines you always see the same setup if 2e switched to tamiya rules there will be more options and the setups will be limitless its always the same here lol 4:1 ultra dash front hanging or rear hanging damper
Btw i really like your videos been watching for over a year now since i started
in our rules in speed-tech, you cant make holes in any part of the chassis, but, you can make holes on the body like body lantern you have in the video
I'm not sure what rules you guys have there. But here in the States, we follow the original Tamiya Rules. It doesn't say anywhere there that you can't cut or drill holes onto the chassis. The only rule we added here is "No Lithium Batteries." Which is only due to safety since Mini 4WD motors aren't designed to handle 6+ volts safely.
Mybe good to tamiya race in day.

[edit:] oh one more thing, why dont u use a catcher for the cars ? u can build one easily just a box or some what suits barely in the Track and two cut outs whre the Tires are, i used to have one which was handmade from polysterine with sponge damper in the end ;) gives your fingers peace to tinker with the cars a lot more LMAO

And nobody uses car catchers, now I learned to catch them on slopes so they don't hurt as much. But I don't always remember to do that.

Hi jan. What do u prefer, super fm for technical or super 2 chassis?
It depends on the track. Always pick your preferred chassis for the race depending on the track layout.
@@Z3NBluster Dito sa pinas puro sfm/cfm na ang build haha. Ginagawa nalang nang mga organizer, seperate ang sfm/cfm. Ang sabi kc may advantage ang sfm/cfm. Ano kaya ang advantage nila sa ibang chassis? Sorry jan. Di ako masyado magaling mag english hehe.
any new way to reinforce the super fm aside from the one in your channel at the moment 2018?
I'm sure there is. I stopped using Super FM around 2016. I suggest you try FM-A. It's easier to work with and requires less work.

it depends on the track. If you really want to drop nose first in a certain section of the track. Put dampers on the front plate.

Man, this video was from 4 years ago. I don't remember for sure. It's either a Hyper Dash 1 (Original Black Can Red Endbell) or a Hyper Dash 2. I thought I mentioned it in the video. Watch it without fast-forwarding.
