      That's the thing with Jay, he never had small waist but symetry, quality of muscle and conditioning made it look very good although it was big.

      2009 Jay Cutler was insane, guy actually reinvented himself after losing. A lot of Champions in Body Building say they are gonna bring something different to stage but rarely do.. Jay actually did it. I think 2009 Jay Cutler is the most impressive Physique I have ever seen, that counts even the Legends like Arnold.. that 2009 Jay Cutler wasn't a human, that was a Space Marine from Warhammer 40k or something.. not human.. not really.

    We just went to go see my sons trainer compete in your competition NPC October 29, 2022 at Lynn City Hall ( Lynn Massachusetts )& you took your time away from signing your posters and showed my 15 year old son your famous “ QUAD STOMP”
    You don’t even know how much you made his night by doing that!

    I have always believed that 2009 Jay Cutler was the best physique in the history of bodybuilding. Ronnie is the GOAT no doubt. But if you talk about body symmetry, muscles mass, conditioning and upper/lower body ratio, Jay Cutler 2009 was the best.

    I remember watching this live...between that slick hair cut and those quad cuts...it was over before it began, best year ever for Jay...only way to top this was Kevin Levrone in 2002 - he should have won the Olympia hands down

    I remember watching his videos leading up to the 09 olympia and his whole demeanour had changed. He had that rocky underdog fight in him and the eye of the tiger after losing the previous year. Was epic to see.

    As far as the goat conversation there are obviously several guys who you can really make a case for, Jay is obviously one of them BUT on this specific day, he was probably the single best looking bodybuilder ever. If you don’t count wins and just go by everyone’s individual performance I don’t think anyone has ever looked as good as Jay Cutler did on this one day.
