WB only shut down their server, other servers managed by NetEase are not affected: Asia, Africa, Oceania. Now we can transfer accounts from WB to NetEase so it does not affect players at all. Servers managed by NetEase have much better quality and benefits than WB.

HPMA WB server has been closed, you have to download NetEase Asia version to play. You can transfer your account from WB to NetEase, please find Kang's guide for more details.
