Not really the gaming itself, but the fact I was addicted and I would procrastinate, and just was lazy. I ended up getting rid of my setup, and started working out. Moved to a new place, and have been playing disc golf, and volleyball with friends almost every day. Been about 5 months of no gaming, and one month of going to the gym consistently, and I feel so much better for it. Really just doing the things that you put off and should do but are too lazy for, is what did it for me. Good thing your putting out more content, more reason for me to watch rather than play! :D
