Theoretically yes, if there were actual shortcuts or a need to use shortcuts. There are so few situations in this level where going through a locked door in a wrong disguise is necessary that spending time opening the freezer and hearing agent Smith babble on before giving you the override chip actually ends up being slower than the alternatives routes. Furthermore, doing that everytime you play the level would make freeing agent Smith a boring, repetitive task.
Finally someone who plays Hitman like me! I also like to avoid running whenever it looks stupid. I don't care for the time... I want immersion. Good job, very well executed.
I am thinking would it be easier to get the all access key card from smith first using the scrambler, so you won't run out like you did towards the end.
Maybe easier in some sense, but it would be unnecessary and slower because you have to sit through the entire Smith dialogue before he gives the master keycard. Strictly speaking, for what I did in this video I only really needed one scrambler and getting through doors wasn't the hard part at all.

it depends on yo how you want to do it you could without sabotaged on the mainframe without getting detected. I did it without any sabotage and didn't get spotted.

I was wondering how to do the One More Time Mr. Soders Challenge because all I did was poison his STEM cells without a disguise or disposable scramblers but instead lethal poison Vial and followed a woman who would fetch a new batch and that was so badass in how I casually walked into the room still being detected by KAI but she kept it open. Subdued her, poison the cells and insert them into poor old Mr. Soders. Thanks for the challenge mate!

This is peak Hitman gameplay - knowing the level so well you can stroll around in your suit.
An easier way to kill Yamazaki is to do the cigarette kill. However, this is MUCH more personal.

Sauna's can go up to 160F if it's a dry sauna. Because it was a wet sauna, the temperature was much too high. (enough to scald)

Instead of using the last disposal scrambler to get to KAI open the freezer thing with one to get access to all areas.
For that to be of use you would need to have the need to get to all areas.
It would just make things faster by letting you take shortcuts through certain areas when you run out of scramblers.

Good tip on this level is throwing objects between doors to keep them from closing
