- Whether you are a beginner or advanced, practicing the lower levels can improve everything about your pole dancing.
If you're a beginner, don't expect to nail it first go just because it's classed as a beginner. Pole is hard.. period!
Advanced.. you get good by drilling the foundations. Practice and repeat the lower levels often and don't be afraid to put your own mark on it to spice it up.
For example, here, a beginner wouldn't be expected to just let go in the Cross Knee Release aka Layback, but if you have built your strength and skills through the mid and higher levels you'll have given this a go to be able to adapt and include it here.
