I grew up on the Buzzcocks, Stiff Little Fingers, the Undertones, etc. The Linda Lindas are doing a wonderful job of carrying on this tradition. Looking forward to hearing more!

I love their commitment to explaining their poetic reasoning for punk rock music, but they are a punk rock force beating down on the listener, in a good way :) beating down so you hear what they're putting down. Grasp the side rails and enjoy..
I was lucky enough (and sadly now, old enough!) to have made it into a Ramones mosh pit. These girls are legit! If I hear a song and it makes me want to dive into a mosh pit, it's a great fun song! The Linda Lindas have my seal of approval! I love the punk rock snarl in Eloise's voice too! Keep going ladies, you're doing great! I only found them a week ago, but I can't stop listening!

so 15 years ago i learned everything about punk with was old for my time its so trippy to see kids less than halh my age no all that shit that i learned from ppl older than and that took hundreds of hours to learn its like i can hear what they know and understand exactly what it took to know it and its just really trippy their very good at what they do it almost unelievable

When I walked in, I looked to my left and there was a band standing there with all their gear, as if they were ready to play; it was the Muffs. The singer and I just looked at each other and then I walked out. I probably would have talked except I was waiting for a bus to catch.
Shonen Knife’s garage sound mixed with the Go-Gos early punk ascetic with a mature cohesive sound all their own and ya have an all girl rock band with a platform to say what needs to be said in their own way. I hope as they grow they don’t lose the raw nature and noisy sound that will inspire many and introduce a whole new generation to garage all out something to say punk rock.
