    Chef Anupa I made murg Sofiyani Biryani just the way you said and it came out JUST AWESOME...👍It was an instant hit !!
    Saw your other Biryani preparations..instructions are clear and crisp...will try them out specially the fish Biryani ..sure I have several winners thanks a ton

      Sofiyan means bright, or white. Hence we add white-coloured ingredients.

    How do you know if or when the chicken is done ?

      Make a deep cut in the thickest part of the chicken and look on the inside, it should be white and juicy. If it is pink, it means it needs more time to cook.

    Hi Anupa, I prepared it, but I think the ghee which I used was not good! Can you please suggest which brand of ghee we should use? I have so many brands but in vain.

      You'll have to cook the mutton appropriately to get best results. Try it out and lets us know how was it.

    Looks really nice! We love colors but this is different. There was comment in the beginning - use of Cashew nuts. Never saw later using cashew nuts. Instead used 'almond' paste. Did you missed the cashew nuts or it was wrong comment?

    Rice is overcooked, because of almond paste chicken will stick to pan easily

    You not put so many things in to the sofiyani beriyani. Sorry to say this beriyani what you make not sofiyani, I am a chef ,but what ever you make it's not bad.

    Whoever edited the video shud learn English spelling first. Ghee is written as key, heat as lead, paste as phase, khoya as koya and what not. But the recipe is good. I wl gv it a try surely
