Make a deep cut in the thickest part of the chicken and look on the inside, it should be white and juicy. If it is pink, it means it needs more time to cook.

Looks really nice! We love colors but this is different. There was comment in the beginning - use of Cashew nuts. Never saw later using cashew nuts. Instead used 'almond' paste. Did you missed the cashew nuts or it was wrong comment?
You not put so many things in to the sofiyani beriyani. Sorry to say this beriyani what you make not sofiyani, I am a chef ,but what ever you make it's not bad.

Whoever edited the video shud learn English spelling first. Ghee is written as key, heat as lead, paste as phase, khoya as koya and what not. But the recipe is good. I wl gv it a try surely

Sofiyan means bright, or white. Hence we add white-coloured ingredients.

Rice is overcooked, because of almond paste chicken will stick to pan easily
