Chris, I've been watching your videos for years. Fantastic old school method and recipes. When are you going to make your personal curry blend available on your website?
Goodmorning Chris, what a fantastic dish.Still looking for canned split peas and definitely gonna look for the chataigne. Enjoy and thanks for sharing.
Chris! Chris! This has to be one of my top favorite dishes that you have made. I never heard of Chataign before. The seasonings and flavors you put into this dish made it 🔥 🔥. Looks so delicious!
Very interesting there a lot of room for improvement saying that everyone has there own style of cooking. For you to get the best taste from your ingredients they have to be placed in the pot at different stages this allows the full flavour to your pot of food....Cooking with olive oil is an absolute no no.. My parents were from Trinidad and Puerto Rico so I've seen this and some of the other dishes you cook from what they cooked at home..I noticed that you said that your recipes were taught to you by your elders they were the best cooks. Great job you are doing promoting Caribbean food !!! Keep it going "Grand Master Chef Ryan Richbees" God bless
@@ABNHW I don't know where you have learnt that from but in the 43 years I have been cooking, it's always been an absolute no! No!. But you are entitled to do what you think is right. As I said, I was only giving you some advice.
